The hotel was fantastic. We stayed in room 7201 (the housekeeping staff always kept everything very tidy and left us funny towel animals, which was a nice touch). The room was a bit far from everything, but we didn’t mind. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we could also reach the main building effortlessly when we went to eat.
The food was fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and diverse. The restaurant staff was very kind, and a special thanks goes to all the bartenders and staff members for their excellent service. Both the drinks and the overall service were outstanding.

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The location is great, beautiful on the beach with its own reef. The diving school (VIP Diving) in the hotel is also great! You do not have to lug diving gear yourself, it's done for you. Very safe and nice guides.
The disadvantage was the location of our room; if you like peace and quiet, you don't want to be too close to the shops. Here there is very loud music every evening until 11:00 PM that drowns out the television and earplugs. The room (1102) was also outdated. Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. Rooms are large and clean. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices. Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly.

This hotel was indeed amazing to stay at. Loads of sun loungers around the pool as well as sun beds. All staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at room 2003, Housekeeping always kept room clean. Main restaurant buffet had loads of variety as a vegetarian i did not struggle as there was always something to eat. All inclusive drinks were made with local alcohol which wasn’t the best but were not bad tasting drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel but it is a located a bit far from the main strip but easy to get to.

An Unforgettable Stay at Cleopatra Hotel – We Didn’t Want to Leave!
We recently stayed at Cleopatra Hotel for a friend’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort itself is huge, with everything you could possibly need inside – from a reliable taxi service to 3 different restaurants and an in-house clinic, making it super convenient and stress-free.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking sea view, which made every morning special. The pool area was also beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax during the day.
A huge highlight of our stay was the Animation Team. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always bringing great energy and fun to the resort. They even took us to the best local clubs, making our nights just as exciting as our days!
When it was time to leave, we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Every single staff member made us feel like part of the family, and it’s safe to say we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a resort that has it all—great service, fantastic entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere—Cleopatra Hotel is the perfect choice!

I booked this place for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed and more. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and clean the location is good. The food is prepared fresh daily and there is a great selection available. Room service is also good. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake that was delicious. I was sad to leave and will definitely be returning again. Daria the guest relation representative was brilliant if we needed anything also the bar staff and the reception team.
