Don't usually do reviews but seen so many negative ones for this hotel ...
Had an amazing holiday. Stayed in family block. Rooms really good size, well equipped. Super clean.
Spoilt for choice with the food. Well cooked & presented.
Staff friendly & nothing was to much trouble.
Main pool area with well stocked bar, music & activities throughout the day. Snacks & ice cream out morning & afternoon really good if you've got children
Can't comment on childrens area as we didn't use it, but looked very popular.
Leisurely 10 minute walk to beach, bars & restaurants.
Definitely would return. 😊

This was our second time coming as we love sit last year!
The mini disco was fab! The staff were so friendly and entertaining for our five year old daughter. She absolutely loved it again this year! Unfortunately the shower didn't work when we arrived however they were in to fix it that same day which was great. The food was very basic but perfect for our daughter, pizza , pasta, two different sauces, grated cheese, veg.. fab! The mini club was very basic with colouring and a playroom but she said she loved it. The staff were super friendly especially when she was leaving. The pools were fab too. Large one not too deep and the kids pool was great with a tipping coconut, climbing frame in the water, rock wall and slide into the pool. Only have a 4* because of the shower not working. All round brilliant! Walking distance to two small malls, with rides, a small soft play and arcade and a steep walk but short to the beach.

Edited following reply from hotel:
The hotel was fully aware of our complaints, Jet2 even got involved!
Well where do I start! I know AVOID IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!
Food: If you like the same repeated options, and happy to mix and match items that don't really go together, then you'll be ok. If you have allergies, don't believe what they say on the label as it's 9 times out of 10 wrong! We got angry after the 3rd night of speaking to the manager and he promised me, everything will be up to standard, it was not! I questioned how did freshly cooked pork chop have milk in it, as labelled, to be told it's chicken , no milk, so as you can imagine, I was very angry to find the pork in sauce (that I had plates for my 1 year old with a serious milk allergy )was labelled to have no milk did in fact have milk in it!
Don't get me wrong, the lasagne was nice, the roast lamb was nice, but 3 nights of curried goat, the same pizza, chicken nuggets and chips every night, and variation of paella every night, you be come very uninspired by the food quickly, to the point we were dreading eating there! oh and anything labeled mixed veg, is left over veg from lunch or last nights dinner.
The breakfast was the same every morning (4 variations of sausage, fries egg, mushrooms, pastries etc
The A La Carte restaurant had a very limited menu, even more limited if you wanted your 1 inclusive meal without additional cost!
Don't get me wrong, the waiting staff are fantastic! They go above and beyond to be accommodating, the chefs are friendly too, unfortunately they are let down by a manager, who is unable to manage consistent or actually know what is happening in his restaurant!
Aesthetics: the hotel looks aesthetically pleasing. We stayed in the apartments next to the children's pools, our room was clean, nothing to shout about, it has a living room kitchen, with double bedroom a d bathroom, was fine for 2 adults and 2 young children. Any children in their teens would benefit from their own room / apartment as you will be under each others feet. There was the option to have our roomed cleaned daily, but we chose only to have them clean when the bedding needed changing. We saw a couple of cockroaches outside in the courtyard/ by the pool but never in our apartment
Facilities: the childrens pools were very slightly heated, which was fine when it was hit weather, but when overcast, you got cold quickly due to the shade made from the hotel. The drinks bar closed at around 5pm, meaning if you didn't buy you own drinks to keep in your room, you had to go to the main bar to get a drink, with the exception of cold water, so definitely recommend stocking up on drinks. The main pool is fine, we went in the first week of June so wasn't very busy, but I imagine in peek season it would be cramped. The pools are a good depth for children, but again, 2 basic pools, nothing special, a lot of the hotel was very under utilised, the black and white bar was closed all day until the evening, the evening entertainment was in a separate bar, again only open. In the evening. There is a shop, very basic gym, hair dresser and masseuse on site, but not very clearly shown where they are, as they are tucked away in the corner. Childrens evening entertainment was the same every night (1 hour disco, with the same songs every night, don't get me wrong though, the 2 entertainers were brilliant with the kids
Location: The location is great! 5 minute walk from the market, 15 minute walk from local beach and beachfront strip. Your far enough away from the noise and hussel and Bussel from the sea front, but close enough to get to it daily Plenty of parking around the hotel, if you can get parked on the street, there is a free car park across the road
the hotel is nothing special, there is a reason why it is the cheapest all inclusive in the local area. If you are happy with the same foods every night and have no allergies, and like simplicity, and more of a base, this is the hotel for you. If you are after that exclusive, special treatment, book elsewhere

The food at this hotel is just about passable !! The lunch & dinner is the same every day !!
Some appartments have a kitchen but no utensils !! No tea & coffee in the rooms but u have a kettle lol
The wi fi cuts off alot too, the air cod does not work !
The chairs on the balcony r v uncomfortable !!
The sunbeds with sit up backs on them r broken that r down by the pool !!
The cleaners dont clean the rooms v well !!
The pools r good though,
They put us in room 220 with a 4 yr old but the balcony bends round so u can not relax inside incase my 4yr old runs out & climbs !!
The hotel have put couples in the appartments by the baby pool & families with young children on floor 2 3 & 4 !!
Down by the pool u get the smell of drains lifting across quite alot during the day !!
If yr not 1st to have a shower in the evening the water is cold !!
They don't supply pool towels !!
My family & i would not return it's only worth a 2-3☆ definitely not a 4☆

This was a nice place and a nice distance to shops and 10minute walk to the beach. however, I don’t believe it should still be a 4star location mainly due to the quality of the rooms, we booked two junior suites to which in both only 2 out of 6 electrical sockets did work, jacuzzi bath did not work, their AC does not work and this was a big reason we booked with this hotel. There was no real entertainment for adults in the evening other than bingo one evening and a quiz, other than that it was just a kids disco for an hour
