This was by far the worst holiday experience we have ever had.
A so-called 4-star hotel… honestly, it barely deserves 2 stars, and that’s being generous.
We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and everything was old, worn out and poorly maintained.
The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell that made it almost impossible to stay inside.
There was mould everywhere — absolutely disgusting.
The food was a complete disaster.
Super basic, no taste, zero quality.
Everything looked cheap and rushed.
Frozen pizza, dry food, nothing fresh or enjoyable.
We even got stomach problems, and we heard the same from many other guests.
The staff were incredibly rude and uninterested.
No smiles, no greetings, no help — zero professionalism.
There were long queues at reception with people desperately trying to change rooms, but change them with what?
All the rooms are the same — a total mess.
If you have children: RUN!
This place is dirty, outdated, uncomfortable and nowhere near the standard you would expect in Tenerife.
This was the worst holiday of our lives.
We absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.
Avoid it at all costs!

Apart from the staff being really friendly we thought it was an overpriced hotel with very very average food. We have stayed in the family apartment which was really outdated, like nothing has been upgraded on the last 20 or 30 years, the smell was awful also. Beds are very uncomfortable, my husband and I both have had back pain from the first night. The wardrobe door was broken which I reported but nothing was done to it. The shower tap was also broken. Not that we watch a lot of TV, but we were staying with two little kids which needed to chill every now and then but TV was tiny and super old, and didn't have any Netflix or similar apps to opt for. The kids pool on the side of the apartments would've been nice for kids but it was freezing cold, and they're played on the higher level of the hotel so it was very windy, so kids didn't want to play there as it was really cold for them, the kids pool should've been warmed up! The playground for kids made up of old plastics toys is almost falling apart, should've been updated. As I mentioned before the food was below average, the only meal was ok was breakfast, and kids liked ice cream, but the cakes were horrible, seafood was awful and meet was very very badly cooked. Salad bar was ok, drinks were horrible. Luckily we don't like to drink much so we just had water and coffee but we have tried a cocktail and it was undrinkable. You couldn't get prosecco (which isnt even prosecco but cheap sparkling wine) during the day, only after 6 so I've tried white wine instead, but I had to mix it with soda water because it was horrible by itself. The beer was ok, just normal lager. Snack bar was horrible, foot was cheap processed food and it was cold. No fruits for the kids whatsoever on the snack bar. Just ultra processed foods soggy and cold. Entertainment was bad, magicians were quite cool, but it it was only twice during 8 night stay, other than that it was disorganised, chaotic and loud shouting and playing music. This hotel advertises as a 4star, but it's is definitely 2-3 star hotel. Beware when booking and paying, thinking you'll have a nice 4 star stay. On the top of they, you have to pay extra for everything. We wouldn't recommend and definitely wouldn't go back.

We visit Tenerife regularly and this is were we stay! We have visited other hotels on the island and honestly this place is not only great value for money and in the best location if your looking for a quiet part of Adeji but It's perfectly placed for walking into town, To he girls on receptions are always at our beck and call for anything we need and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our rooms are spacious and are kept spotless and our children loved Jóse and now Ernesto from the ents team who always have time for them.
This hotel doesn't have Broadway shows every night and doesn't serve Michelin quality food... But that doesn't take from the wonderful experience here! Breakfast is fresh hot and tasty everyday and themed dinner nights keep things different! Our children are pretty simple eaters so are catered for pretty well.
We have been back 6 time and our 7th trip is booked.... Don't trust all the reviews check it out for yourself 😊

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and had plenty of room for a family of four. We chose the all-inclusive option, which meant we didn’t have to cook at all, and there was always plenty of food and drinks available by the pool.
The location and overall setup are definitely well suited for families, with great attention given to children. It’s simple and straightforward accommodation, but we enjoyed our stay tremendously.
A special thank you to the reception staff for their kindness and support during our stay!

You get what you pay for. The rooms are dated but clean with kettle and fridge in the room, the beds are twin in the junior suites but they are comfy.
Entertainment was severely lacking. There's a sports bar and an entertainment room where the bar was not manned so you had to go to the sports bar to get drinks.
The food was basically the same everyday with not a lot of choice if you have special dietary requirements, the snacks bar was good if you liked chips burgers or hotdogs. The staff however were hard working and friendly.
And to top it off check out is 12pm and they cut off your wristband so you cannot access any of the amenities if you want to it's an extra €10 each, I've never had this at any hotel I've stayed at before, we haven't had our full 7 days as we arrived late on the Thursday before!!
This was a jet2 holiday and maybe they should look into this!
