Definitely deserved 5 stars hotel. Stay was absolutely lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed in different so called 5 stars hotel before and trust me, you can really feel 5 stars service here at Charmillion. Everyone does the best to help. And the aquapark is just awesome. Food and drinks are great too! Absolutely would come again.

We were not very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, there is a clear lack of organization in many areas.
For families, the daytime and evening kids’ animation was very poor, and evening entertainment was limited. One of the few events offered – the so-called foam party once a week – was not even included, and cost $6 per person, which in our opinion is unacceptable for a hotel of this type.
The food was edible but not tasty, although of course this depends on personal preferences. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with our children, but right behind the hotel there was ongoing construction starting around 2 AM and continuing through the day. The dust from the work made it impossible to hang clothes outside, as everything got covered in sand.
The staff were generally polite and kind, but not always helpful. One receptionist didn’t make any effort to assist us and simply ignored our request, though thankfully another staff member stepped in and helped.
Overall, the lack of organization and the amount of chaos during our stay made the experience disappointing.

First Time at Charmillion Aqua Park (Family Stay with Kids)
We are currently staying at the Charmillion Aqua Park with our family, including three children, and I wanted to share an honest review of our experience so far.
First of all, the hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with kids. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and family-oriented.
The buffet is great with a wide variety of food to choose from every day – something for everyone, including the little ones. We’ve really enjoyed the meals and the different options they offer.
Our room has been cleaned daily, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The water park and pool areas are well-maintained and a lot of fun for the children.
The only downside we’ve noticed is the dust in the air due to some construction or building work happening close to the hotel. It hasn’t affected our stay too much, but it’s something to be aware of.
Overall, we’re having a fantastic time here, and we would definitely recommend Charmillion Aqua Park, especially for families.

Had a weeks stay here with the family and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Wasn’t overly crowded and there were always sunbeds available even if you turned up later in the morning.
A good selection of aqua slides kept the kids busy and also the kids club staff were very friendly.
Food is of a decent quality and they had different cuisines each evening which was refreshing.
There’s a decent gym and spa on site too.
Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff are amazing, so sweet and wanting to help. Special thanks to Omar, the barman at the pool bar who was so sweet and helpful. And another special thanks to Malak, our cleaner who was so amazing and kind and a genuinely great soul. Rooms were always very clean and looked after and he was very quick to fix an issues. Lifeguards are also amazing and so kind as they always want to help and entertain which was very special. The only criticism is the food in the restaurant area as it lacked quality sometimes and variation if you are more of a picky eater.
