We stayed here back in September 2024, the hotel was beautiful, the staff at the bars outside and the shisha shed were amazing! Pool was clean and was generally good.
The location isn’t the best but there is busses and things to do if you book them through the hotel, there is a beach connected to the hotel but it isn’t the “best one” as it’s very rocky but it is lovely.
Very out of the way from everything really bus journey is needed to go anywhere.
Food was very basic did give me and my partner bad stomachs towards the end of our week holiday, I had made friends with 2 other people our age and they said the same, very dodgy stomach for about 3 week after leaving but not sure of the cause because all tests were clear so could have been nothing.

It is not 5 star i dont know who they paid off but no more than a 3 the staff where nice only 1 person on the bars so when a load of people lomg que time. Ice cream only available for lile 1.5hrs a day where again the que massive food was poor my partner spent the last day in bed with food poisining. Dont be fooles by the photos the games room you have to pay for everything. You want wifi which you would have thought would be complmentry. Try again €13 for the week. Location is awful nothijg near by want the cheapest taxi is like €35 euros each way. Got to the hotel a 4am to go to the room to see there was no cot and only 2 beds for 5 of us even tho it was stated im the booking. But pool is good. Entertainment was okay nothing special.

The most important and biggest drawback is that this hotel is located in a completely isolated area – Side is 25 km from the main sightseeing spots. Nearby, there's only a pharmacy and a supermarket (three of which are located in the same building). The hotel rooms need renovation and are definitely not 5-star standard, more like 3-star. Frequent power outages and noisy generators are especially bothersome at night, so much so that the noise woke us up in the middle of the night. Not only was it loud, but it was completely dark. The hotel is heavily geared towards Russian guests; despite half the hotel being Polish, none of the staff speaks a word of Polish. Worse still, with a few exceptions, it was also very difficult to communicate in English, as everything was in Russian, including the entertainment staff. The staff was not very friendly, except for the luggage carrier, the dining room manager, and the guest relations lady. Everyone else seemed to be there as a punishment and was rude, including the entertainment lady, who was off-putting simply by her appearance and demeanor. The attractions were very poor; there was only one show worth seeing throughout the week. The beach was sandy and pebbly, and I wouldn't recommend entering the water on the rocks without shoes. If you've made it this far, there are two positives: a fish restaurant, which you could book for an evening at, and a free 15-minute massage, also included in your stay. The hotel also offers shops and services, such as a hairdresser and an arcade.

I'm staying at this hotel with my sister. I like everything. The food was delicious and the entertainment was very interesting. The entertainer, Saya, is very sweet, active, and a good dancer.

When booking we were originally given 2 rooms, we had requested a single room for our family of 5. Upon arriving we were then given a room to accommodate all of our family.
It's our first time experiencing this hotel and an all inclusive holiday and we have been happily taken care of. The animation have really helped with keeping our young son and daughter entertained. I would like to send a huge shout out to Ahmet and the Animation team who have been very kind and helpful to us. Our kids have come away learning a few different phrases in different languages...
