Stayed here for 10 days and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff are all very friendly and always made a massive effort with the children. The rooms are nice, basic but everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful and plenty of different spots to chill out. It is out of the way and not really in walking distance to anywhere but transfers, taxis and buses are always available. The beach is lovely and has its own bar (although do not expect to make sand castles as it is all stone down there). Kids club and animation is brilliant, the kids got to make their own pizzas, draw and play games. They also offer chargeable things like making your own t-shirt and painting a bag. Evening entertainment is done by the same people and again there was great variety and always a brilliant laugh. The food is nice but gets very repetitive after a few days as it seems to be the same thing on rotation. Also the children are fussy and lived off of pancakes and chicken nuggets as those are the only child friendly dishes. The pool is clean and plenty room for everyone along with a kids pool, an indoor pool and 2 waterslides with its own pool. My biggest complaint is despite the fact we went all inclusive ice cream was only available from 2.30-4pm. with children who expected to be able to have ice cream straight after breakfast with all inclusive they were very disappointed. Overall a very good experience and I recommend this hotel!

We arrived to the hotel as a family and all was good from the begging of our arrival, had good time in the clean pool , hotel is clean rooms are also. The food could be better but we are satisfied anyway , waiters in restaurants could be more attentive and could be more care about drink servicing. The best part of the hotel was animation our kids had great fun in kids club so as we are with adult programs , many kind of activities daily for kids and adults , they created memorable moments for us and special thanks to entertainment team.

Wouldn’t even give this place a one star just a big warning warning warning absoloutely horrific it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had we arrived there were no food in the snack bars in the middle of a building site and miles from anything so your basically trapped the rooms are filthy and in the restaurant the cutlery and plates are not washed properly the staff are unhelpful and extremely rude especially the guy at reception and the bar staff slamming glasses down you have to pay for WiFi in your rooms not only per person but per device and daily for the safe in the room which is odd for a five star the rooms were outdated and dirty and the beds were infested with ants to which my partner was eaten alive we only stayed one night as we didn’t have an option then checked out the next day and booked into a new hotel I would not recommend this place is horrific needs shutting down terrible experience

First time We came here with our friends , in april little bit was cold but we enjoyed delicious foods big pool but small area not far to beach by walk only 2 minute especially animation team was great morning activities evening programs they was friendly always wanted help to us we will come back again thanks

Hotel is situated close to the beach, there is underground passage. The rooms are clean and functional. The employees of hotel are helpful and nice.
The food could be better but don't get me wrong the food is good and lot of choices. The drinks in the bar were original in all inclusive offer. The location is weak, the nearest city is about 15 minutes by car. The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel.
