Overall it was a nice hotel. The food was very repetitive and in my opinion wasn’t very nice.. different to what I eat but I’m fussy and from the UK, so they accommodated and made chips most the time which was nice of them.
Everyone there was kind and friendly, cannot fault them for that at all. Felt very safe and comfortable.
Downfall-
We went in the beginning of may, so it was really quiet. There was no entertainment on, most days they didn’t even put the slides on as there ‘wasn’t enough people’. With 2 small children this was quite sad. When it was on, there were no lifeguards around anyway.
we paid for all inclusive and without a DOUBT the alcohol is watered down, I didn’t even feel ‘tipsy’ or ‘merry’ even once the whole 10 days we were there and I had a good few drinks each day. You could physically taste the water. All inclusive only includes ‘house wine’ which is a 2L bottle of rose and the entire bottle is 4% (this is then watered down) we asked to look at the bottle. The beer was the exact same, watered down so much that the fizz was barely there. We had to pay for anything else. All inclusive was absolutely pointless in my eyes, we spent 70% of the time eating out at the red lion pub about a 5/10 minute walk away.
We also were ripped off up the town and spent almost £50 in English money on their tea, we came back to the hotel and told the manager our story..for our tea to have gone missing within the next 3 days. (Only people in our room were the housekeepers, the managers wife bear in mind). So obviously the manager was adamant they hadn’t stole it, but it didn’t just disappear into thin air and we had 3 big bags full.
Other than this encounter, it was genuinely ok. Just wouldn’t exactly class it as a family hotel, more of a ‘couple’ hotel if you want a quiet and relaxing time.

The staff very helpful but most of them could not speak English or spoke little English. This made it difficult to communicate.
The food was very nice. Different types of dishes each day was very impressed with the quality of food.
The rooms are very clean. Mates came in every day to clean them all. The hotel was very clean. No mess anywhere.

Room was a great size with lots of storage, full size fridge, shower was very good.
Cleaned each day.
Lighting was not too good, 4 lights not working, asked to rectify it, but only one bulb was replaced.
Great selection of food, always found something we liked.
Drinks were a bit weak, but it didn't bother us.
Pool area was a little tired.
All in all, great value for the money.
Location didn't have much around it but only a short dolmus ride from the old town.
Free shuttle bus to the beach n back.

Spent 6 nights here with my husband. Food was great, good variety for sure. Rooms were cleaned every day. I would say a pool could be a bit bigger for the amount of people, but it was still pretty good, specially for price. People working there were always very helpful and kind. Not far from the sea may be 57 mins walk. Certainly recommend! Plus there are cats :)

The best part was definitely the food! Always good selection of food salads and fresh fruits fresh baked bread nothing to complain about at all! But you have to make sure that you are there at least 30 min before meal queues are ridiculous! Poor selection of drinks at the bar, vodka and spirits definitely watered not mentioning the beer lol deffo zero one, cocktails charged extra € 8 each. We went there as a family of 4 two adults and two kids quite small room one double bed one single and one camp bed. So we could hardly move around. Well what can you expect 3 stars right. 3 times a week there was some attractions like Turkish night (the best one) magic show and karaoke. Room cleaned daily but they haven’t changed our towels in 7 days… even though our housekeeper was a lovely lady even fold our clothes. Also recommend to put alarm on to reserve a Sunbed before breakfast otherwise they all taken by 9.30. Good location 10 min walk to the side beach 25 min walk to antik city, but unfortunately we wouldn’t be back. No gym as a website says. Spa facilities are paid €30 per person for 60 min.
