It's a shame, the place could be very nice the rooms are very dated old TV with no remote control bunk beds very wobbly, toilets don't flush properly 😭, shower goes hot and cold, single use plastic cups,spoons,plates food is very poor, food very poor limited options. The staff barges in front of you all the time, there is no customer service at all. Lovely location and nice views, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, honestly the place needs attention. I wouldn't recommend it if you like quiet place music going until midnight on weekends until 01:00 in the morning, I wouldn't go back definitely and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been here a couple of times and will definitely go back again. There are lots of activities, rooms are just okay, plenty to eat for just about everyone and every taste, veggie pesci carnivore, not sure about vegan! Beers and entertainment galore. TIP LITTLE BIT OFTEN for the best experience but do TIP! why wouldn't you tip?

Absolutely atrocious! Traveled here for my daughters 2nd birthday. The food is awful. Lack of variety & about 4 dish options. Room door lock didn't even work, got moved onto a different floor. Advised the hotel manager I have mobility issues & would require a lift. This was switched off everyday & I was made to use the stairs !!! Extremely inconvenient and pathetic. Couldn't use my child's pram for the same reason. Booked an "all inclusive" when some food facilities within the resort are still to be paid for ?! Drinks only include orange juice, 2 options of soft drinks , tea & coffee. The room TV & AC both didn't work . Remotes were given to me the day after & they still didn't work ! Very very gutted, had to pay for food daily from out. No blankets were provided even when requested - was told to use the bed sheet ?! Not sure how this place is still running. Nonstaff member attended to or compensated for any of the above problems. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE.

A good budget hotel where we stayed in February 2024 with its own good and bad. For families this is ideal as there is swimming pools and a creative team which keeps children occupied and busy. They have a fantastic bar area where hot and cold drinks are served till midnight and music is good. The team are very sociable and professional and work with guests of all age groups. Hotel rooms are extremely dated and the location although near to the beach but the entrance is 200 metres away and there is no direct access to the beach. Hotel itself has many sport and recreational activities. Not happy with the reception staff as they are not the politest of people that western tourists are used to, internet works in the main reception and in the main pool area. Food is good and plenty to eat but if you are expecting lots of varieties for a budget hotel you come to the wrong place, cutlery is always in short supply and that’s because they are packed with tourists who just want to have a good time and unlike other posh hotels nearby which were deserted it’s best to come here and get a lot for your money especially if you have few children with you.

Pros Great Location 5 minute walk from Beach. Staff friendly. Food fine Good Sport Facilities, but apparently you need Tennis Shoes if you want to play. Basic Rooms, but clean. Great Atmosphere Cons Wifi was patchy, only available in the Reception Area, but a local Sim Card could be bought in the Complex which was quite cheap and good reception. Getting a cup at Breakfast could be rare. Would come back here again
