Overall it was nice , after reading the negative reviews we were expecting the worst but the food was ok with a good selection, staff know little English but google translate sorted that , main kitchen staff were nice , go early to get the sun beds . entertainment was ok, rooms were basic but views were amazing. Bar staff were friendly. Room service were good. Location is good for restaurants and shops. Good size pool.

Where does one even start.
Got to the hotel at 2:30am, no security at the front of the hotel. No one to help with bags or suitcase.
Made it inside the hotel where apparently the system is not working and the receptionist asked if he could keep our passports until the morning which we declined and he was fine with it. Randomly started working after 1 hour of waiting in reception. We was asked if he wanted tea or coffee by the manager.
Finally got into the room and the young boy tells us that this is just our room for the night as our room which we booked is not ready. We were to tired to argue and slept in a small bed.
Breakfast was very basic and horrid which was included in our package but only went to it once as it was that bad.
In the morning, our room was changed. Not the greatest room. Bathroom light did not work, we ran out of toilet paper and bath towels which I had to ask a few times from reception. Housekeeping kept coming into the room whilst we were sleeping and when I asked if he could come back after an hour, which he did not.
No issue with reception staff although English was very little I do not expect them to know English as I am visiting their country. On the last day, the two receptionist staff a girl and boy were VERY unprofessional and made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. They kept looking over at us and talking and then laughing which we ignored. The girl then took a photo of us which we found extremely rude and weird.
The only people who are nice in that place is the two managers and one of the young boys on reception.
The girl on reception needs to learn some basic people/customer service skills. Nothing deluxe about that place. Would not stay again.
Great managers shame about their staff & hotel itself.
Would not recommend this place based on the services it offers or lack of, horrendous customer service & food.

place is old, rooms are terrible, food is horrid and repetitive, the beach here is bad (if you’re coming for that) music is annoying, and the staff are sometimes not helpful and the air conditioner doesnt work.

NOT PERFECT BUT NOT WORST EITHER. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... HOTEL IS LOCATED AT THE END OF COAST SO EITHER HAVE A CAR OR RENT SCOOTER, BIKE ETC. FOOD WAS OKAY. SERVERS WERE FRIENDLY. ITS A FAMILY HOTEL SO LOTS OF KIDS RUNNING AROUND SCREAMING ETC. TO SWIM I WENT TO AKYAKA BEACH THE ONE BY THE HOTEL IS NOT GREAT. DIRTY WATER, STONY ETC. VIEWS ARE NICE THOUGH, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ROOM HAD SEA VIEWS. POOL WAS CLEAN. ROOMS WERE GOOD BUT ONE THING WAS THE CLEANING PERSONNEL WOULD PLACE ALL YOUR STUFF AROUND AS THEY PLEASE SO WHEN YOU COME BACK YOU NEED TO LOOK FOR YOUR STUFF LOL. OVERALL, IF I HAVE TO STAY SOMEWHERE AND CANT FIND BETTER PLACE ID STAY HERE BUT IM SURE ILL HAVE BETTER OPTIONS

When our Transfer dropped us off outside the hotel, there was nobody to help us with our bags nor there being any security at the time, we were left to find our own way to the reception. When we arrived at the reception, the receptionist seemed very unwell and tired and did not give us any help, to take the luggage to our room, we had to take the luggage our self in a very small and stinking lift (Photographic Evidence attached).
When we got to our room (336) and (331), it was very repulsive and unhygienic due to beds and towels being dirty, there was mould around the shower, the toilet seat was very unstable, the toilet was very unhygienic and had all dirt marks inside of it (Photographic Evidence attached), we had no towels or toilet paper provided, also our bedroom wardrobes had doorhandles missing (Photographic Evidence attached), the 3 safes within the wardrobe were all damaged (Photographic Evidence attached) as if they had already been burgled, the one towel that had been provided had blood stains on it (Photographic Evidence attached), our AC Unit in the room did not work properly being nearly 40 degrees, which then did not allow us to sleep during the night, after a long plane journey. Our TV in our room did not even power on and work, the fridge in the room had mould inside of it which was wretched (Photographic Evidence attached), the front of our room hallway had dirty bedsheets, towels, blood-stained mattresses for a whole week just dumped there (Photographic Evidence attached), it had seemed like nobody had even vacuumed the hotel or rooms for a very long time. During our Stay, nobody had cleaned our rooms for a week, when we approached the cleaner, he refused as he was too busy on his phone, (Photographic Evidence attached for the hallway). We constantly had to keep calling reception about these matters and nothing was done about them, we also spoke to Hussain, (The hotel manager) who promised us that these issues would be resolved, which they were not. He tried to hide from us so he did not have to sort our issues out for us, we had 3 children with us (14), (14), and a 5-Year-old child who were also unpleased with their experience at this dreadful hotel.
During our stay, there were multiple other guests every day who were arguing about the same issues we had been facing. The outdoor pool had cloudy water in it which seemed like it was never cleaned also the slides leading to the pool were broken from the steps to the slides, (Photographic Evidence attached). The Gym, was absolutely disserted and unsanitary and unfit for human use (Photographic Evidence attached). The food was a very small selection (the same everyday) and didn't taste good what so ever, the children everyday had to eat outside of the hotel due to the food being not up to expected standard. When we raised the concern as to why the food was so disgusting to the staff, they would get quite abrupt and angry and start shouting in their own language. Considering that we booked an all-inclusive hotel, I was only told by the staff that I could have limited food, and most of the time, drinks and food was unavailable, they would say '' Not working'', that was there famous phrase to use, majority of the staff were young and incompetent for their roles, I have taken all photographic evidence and have spoken to other holiday guest in the hotel and they also will be contacting there agents regarding these terrible unfortunate events.
