Lovely hotel, lovely rooms and staff were very friendly.
The food however… not great. Breakfast was good, lunch was ok but dinner was not good. I’m not sure what happened on our Friday night stay for dinner, but it was terrible. The selection they had for starters were pieces breads with cold onion rings, cold chicken nuggets, cold croquettes and some other items on top. And the hot items seemed to all come from frozen. This hotel is a 3 star at best. If they improve in their food, then I think it’s fair to say this is a 4 star hotel.

Me and my wife wanted to stay somewhere where we had a balcony with a sea view, is close to the beach, has pools and great food as we wanted all inclusive and Talayot Hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is clean, modern and refreshing. The facilities are amazing with multiple pools, gym, spa with a pool circuit and jacuzzis. It was also very important for us that the food was great as a lot of places that provide all inclusive have bad quality food but the food in Talayot was outstanding! Multiple options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty. The location was perfect for us with amazing views and a vibrant yet quiet atmosphere at night so we got a great nights sleep, even on nights when the entertainment was on and we were too tired to watch it from our balcony, we could not hear the music as the room was fully soundproof. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our 10 day stay.

Me and my partner recently stayed and had a lovely time. Rooms were clean, lovely facilities and friendly staff. Gabriel at the ocean club bar was so lovely and always served us with a smile, and we hope you will pass the good message on to him. Overall great stay thank you!

4/5 hotel. Spacious room, beautiful view and friendly reception. They gave us a nice birthday present as well. Minus 1 point because the cattle and shower do not function very well and they do not have a duvet cover although the reception was kind enough to find us a duvet from storage. Parking can be problematic especially in busy season. Otherwise a great hotel.

Talayot was recommended to us by travel agent and how glad and pleased it was,we hadn't done any research or checked reviews but her recommendation was spot on.
The hotel is in a lovely location, staff in all areas friendly from our arrival and until we left.
Rooms very spacious and clean, room layout not what we use to as sink was basically in the bedroom area but is was ok.
Room well equipped for stay had tea/coffee facility,tv , hairdryer etc.
We had seaveiw room so had spacious balcony as well.
Hotel has first floor elevated area with bar and infinity pool throughout day and evening entertainment a few times a week.
The main pool at the rear is a good size pool with separate Jacuzzi, plenty of beds available throughout the day and has a bar for drinks and snacks.
The pool is lifeguard manned.
You get a pool towel to use in pool area from reception, it mentioned paying deposit but we didn't and we kept same towel ,the hotel info mentioned paying €1 to swap towels so be prepared.
We had half board for this holiday, and we thought we'd have option of eating out but there was no need to ,the restaurant was amazing, breakfast had everything you could hope for from cereals, breads ,meats ,full English, freshly made omelettes etc, juices and coffee/teas.
Evening times meals had salads, fresh fish cooked as you required it,and we never had a repeat option the 7 night we where there.
Other hot options available and cook pots with options with good choice of veg, potato and chip and these option where also different every night so we didn't need to eat out at all .
Beers, wines and soft drinks our available to self serve .
The service in restaurant was friendly, smooth and very efficient.
The one thing to mention that we didn't know was our transfer coach from airport doesn't stop outside hotel, we saw small minibuses and taxis could.
So when using coach drop-off it stops on a road parallel to hotel 2 roads back ,and you have to walk to hotel,we coped with this and it was early afternoon, other guests had mentioned they had to do it in early hours when they arrived, this happens on return pick up to airport, you receive message giving you a 30 time window to be at same spot to return to airport .
Hope above helps anyone choosing the Talayot,we would definitely recommend it and the local area.
