A very friendly hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean, although our room could do with updating, a new carpet, etc. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff very efficient. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good with lots of lovely, fresh produce. Some of the food can be repetitive so it's best to be selective on a daily basis to ensure variety. Particular thanks to Alejandro.

When booking, the images are a bit confusing. The premium room is the fully white room, and the "dated" style is the standard room, however it is more spacious. I've never had a room with so much space. Overall, pretty good, but didn't meet expectations for 4 stars. There's no events (in the winter at least) and the pool is unusably cold, even in the 20 degree winter weather. there's an indoor heated pool but it takes the heat in HEATed. If you're not all inclusive, they charge 3 EUR for drinks excluding still and fizzy wate, but it's all free at breakfast.

The hotel is not bad. 4 with minus. It's okay thanks to the reasonable prices. The food is very ordinary. Half of it is tasteless. In my opinion, it tastes worse than in a regular cafeteria. The service is good, territory is okay; you can use the territories of the neighboring hotel. Cockroaches was not detected. The location is so-so. You can walk to the beach/center, but getting back up is a real pain because the slope is very steep (about 100 meters) with lots of stairs. But they have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the center. On the one hand, this is a plus, but on the other, we only found out where it stops in the center at the end of our trip. They didn't tell us this information at reception. So I'm telling you: the bus stop is right UNDER the shopping center(underground parking). The paid lockers, however, were disappointing. In a hotel like this. And if you had to leave your room twice, you'd have to pay twice. That's a minus.
There are problems with the toilets in the rooms. They are right next to the foot wash, making it impossible to sit normaly on the toilet.

Very disappointing – we should have read the reviews first.
I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but unfortunately we were very unhappy with our stay. Looking back, we should have read the reviews before booking … a mistake we definitely won’t make again.
Everything others have written about the food is absolutely true. We had half board but only ate at the hotel two or three times because the food was simply not edible for us. It was always cold, whether at breakfast or dinner. We honestly don’t understand how it’s even possible to serve cold eggs. On top of that, everything tasted artificial and completely bland. The bread was hard, the coffee was not enjoyable and you had to wait forever at the coffee machines. After eating, we had stomach pain every single time. The restaurant waiters was also very unfriendly. So we ended up eating out every single day.
We booked a premium room and paid extra, expecting a better and more modern room. Despite this, the faucet was broken and even though we reported it, it took three days to fix. The safe in the room did not work at all. The mini fridge was completely empty and not cold in any way. The room itself was freezing, so we had to request a heater (which ended up being way too loud anyways).
Cleanliness was another big issue. The room was dusty, especially under the bed, and it was not cleaned daily to the standard you would expect from a four-star hotel. Even after cleaning, it still felt dirty. The cleaning personal was very friendly though!
The key cards caused constant problems. They stopped working already on the first day, and during our 8-day stay we had to go to reception multiple times to get them reactivated, which was very inconvenient.
The staff in general was unfriendly (except for the staff at the reception) and not helpful, especially in the restaurant and spa area.
Some elevators were out of order, and almost everything costs extra, even things like playing pool/billiards.
The only positive aspects were the comfortable bed and the nice entrance and lobby area. It is very obvious that a lot of money went into the appearance and first impression of the hotel, but not into the food, service, or room quality.
In my opinion, this place does not even deserves three stars. Overall, very disappointing for the price and the expectations. Would definitely not recommend….

An OK hotel. Rooms are outdated and bed can only be described as sleeping on a rock. Rooms we’re thoroughly cleaned but the carpets were filthy . Entertainment staff were amazing and the bar staff kind.
Food is a hit or miss, breakfast was banging but lunch was in the hotel across the road which was unusual and i wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Dinner however did have some good things and great puddings. Drink on all inclusive were great!
Lastly, check out…. Our flight was in evening so we did a pool day. Went and asked which shower we used and was told the pool one… which has cold water only… and we would have to pay €25.00 to use a towel!! SCANDALOUS. So no place to sort yourself before you leave which i have never ever experienced.
Overall its decent enough for a few nights and staff genuinely are great. Location was brilliant and lots of stuff nearby.
