Like most people reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about my stay here. But honestly couldn’t have had a better time.
The staff were lovely and so helpful from the beginning. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and the staff were super helpful with translating and helping us retrieve it.
We arrived just before lunch was finishing and the staff made no issue of us eating that close to them finishing up. The food was fresh and there was a good selection. We are somewhat picky eaters but never had an issue with the food, we ate well all week.
The rooms are basic but very clean. You could smell they had been cleaned each day.
The bed was comfy and we slept well during our stay. Only really heard other guests on our last night but they were just very loud. The bathroom was fine, we had a decent size bath that was comfortable for us.
The gap in the balcony dividers is quite large but we didn’t have neighbours until the last day so it didn’t really affect us.
Would definitely go again, had such a lovely time.

I was slightly nervous coming to hotel after some of the bad reviews. However after a short stay for our low budget deal holiday, I have no complaints.
Food
Great selection and food was fresh, the choices changed daily and was all kept replenished. Me and my friend really enjoyed eating there.
The hotel is dated, old fashioned decor, but we got a cheap deal and did not spend a lot of time in the room. It was also nice that our room was cleaned daily. I also noticed a lot of cleaners in and around hotel so was well attended to.
I would advise if you're looking for something more modern, then it might not be for you. The lift was small (3 person max).
The location is a short walk to bus station, beach, markets, and great historical sites including Church of Sant Roma.
Staff
Staff at the hotel were all very helpful and we stayed during the power outage that happened all over Spain, and all the staff worked very hard to look after the guests so a big thank you to them.
(no power and restaurant lit up by candles)

As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs.
Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding.
My family and I will definitely be returning, either later this year or in the next. Highly recommended.

The hotel was ok, the rooms need an update, they are old and tired looking. The beds were quite hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress.
Great location though, lovely walk to the beach. And your near the main road.
The staff in the restaurant were great, it was very very busy. Food was ok, the cocktails were far too sweet for me.
Small pool area.
Lots and lots of different aged children with teachers there, some practicing for a Triathlon. The older ones were very well behaved and we spoke to a couple of them..
The younger groups...Some were running about up and down the corridors late at night knocking doors and running off, banging about, shouting, being very loud. In the restaurant there were ones that tormented the others, hitting them round the head, punching, taking Their food off their plates. The teachers never batted an eyelid.

The transfer drops you up the road, you have to walk down to the so called hotel, On arrival it looks very nice unfortunately once you've checked in its a different story... THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A GROTTY HOSTEL AT BEST!!!! you will not get any sleep as you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The corridors smell of sewage, the walls are flaking paint, the carpets are GROTTY and sticky. The rooms are not clean on arrival. Some of the beds are broken and uncomfortable, we moved rooms but unfortunately we still didn't get any sleep, we waited all day for our new room only to walk in and find it hadn't been clean properly. Talking to others the food hygiene leaves alot to be desired the staff eat the food using the utensils to dish up then put them back in the food you are going to eat. DONT LEAVE ANY MEDICATION OUT as it will disappear, there is no evening entertainment. I have videos of the rooms and photos of the flaking paint.
Avoid at all cost....not worth the money
Edit.... food is the same for lunch and evening meal, the breakfast is the same every morning, all food is cold, in the mornings expect to queue for breakfast and sit at a table that is not exactly clean and the floor is dirty, due to them wiping the excess from the table straight to the floor. There are ants or other creatures all over the tables.
This place is to small to operate at full capacity. Only 1 set of toilets down stairs, these are located by the restaurant, the lift states it can hold 4 people, but infact you can just get 3 in at a push, and I mean 3 slim people.
