Hotel was fab. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Good selection of food, nice mix everyday and a good variety. 4 pools (cold in October though) Entertainment staff were great - especially Marko and Shannon - really took the time to get to know the guests. Always loved having a chat and just took the extra time. The decades show was brilliant. Hotel is in a great location - plenty of shops and lovely bars just round the corner. Well recommended

I am posting on behalf of Carl Westerman as he doesn’t use social media and he has asked me to post this for him. I have been coming to this hotel for twenty years. I was worried when reading some of the reviews earlier this year. However when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the room, had been decorated and was nice and fresh. The staff are all friendly and look after you. The apartment is spacious with a large double bedroom and a large kitchen/diner. The Animation team are great, Daniel, Theo and all of the team are excellent. They set up some great games Archery, rifle shooting, table tennis and pool. If you are unhappy with anything go to reception and Isobel is really helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent with a good choice. Can’t wait to go back again next year and some of the people we met there, have already booked for next year. Lastly, the General Manager was brilliant.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really nice: the rooms are clean, the pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, and the food is good with lots of variety for an all-inclusive. Everything looks well kept and comfortable, which makes the stay very enjoyable. What really stood out for us was the entertainment. Theo is fantastic, full of energy and able to get everyone involved while keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly. He definitely adds a special touch to the holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for one week in mid-October. Upon arrival, the room initially appeared impressive; however, we soon noticed several issues. The bathroom taps were rusty and mouldy, and the bed frame was broken, causing considerable noise and discomfort throughout the night. Housekeeping services were limited, with cleaners attending only once during our stay. As a result, we were left with used towels and accumulated rubbish awaiting collection. On a positive note, the hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the entertainment was great. Overall, while our stay had some enjoyable aspects, the maintenance and cleanliness concerns would likely lead us to choose alternative accommodation in the future.
