I honestly don't understand why there are such bad reviews about the hotel. I was there 2 years ago and this year in June. I didn't find anything negative. Excellent service, very nice people work there, ready to help and provide super service. The food is always delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the location is perfect. No children, only adults, although sometimes drunk people. But this atmosphere suited my type of vacation. The price for the hotel is too cheap, they deserve high ratings!

Initially I was skeptical cos of low reviews but decided to give it a try.
It’s not that type of all inclusive where you have snacks through the day and unlimited drinks. There is defined time for every meal and limit to 3 beers or wines per lunch/dinner. Which tbh was listed in the hotel’s description so it wasn’t a surprise for us. But if you’re planning to spend most of the time on the beach - honestly, you don’t need more at the hotel.
Super friendly staff, room is cleaned daily, sea in 5 min walk.
I also saw the reviews saying that tourist tax was asked to be payed in cash. Maybe it was an issue in the past but in 2025 we were able to pay it by card at the reception desk.
Overall they met my expectations with an extra mile. Perfect value for money.

This hotel was a fantastic holiday for me and my partner. Ignore the bad reviews, this was a lovely cheap and cheerful holiday for us. We thought the food was great, a variety at every meal but still a few staples. My partner is gluten intolerant and he could still eat a lot of the selection. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed - we didn’t find we struggled without a fridge as the air con is quite cold anyway. It’s in an excellent location a short walk away from the beach. All the staff were really polite and lovely and you can tell they work really hard. It does get a little busy at meal times but nothing that can’t be avoided and we had no trouble getting a sunbed. Great value for money holiday, would come back!

All what you need is there. Food was very tasty, the stuff been very helpful especially Marcello-the beat guy ever(reception). 2 beers or 2 glasses of wine per meals(not included breakfast) was okay. 2min away from beach,1min away from corner shop. Everything was perfect. The swimming pool what you can see on the roof is open from 4pm and prices of drink are very cheap (6€) plus very tasty! Rooms are clean and you will find everything what you need- we do miss the little fridge but as far as I known they are trying to buy some in the future. I do recommend this hotel.

By no means the holiday package I paid for not what I got but I wouldn’t return if I came back to Mallorca .
Positively, the rooms and very clean and have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. There isn’t a fridge or room service from what I was told but it really doesn’t full your experience. The balcony’s are great to just sit and enjoy the view but I do understand not every balcony does have the greatest view which is to be expected but all I did generally use it for what to hang beach clothes or have a little cocktail outside .
The service is great from all employees, we checked in around 2am due to delayed flights and they were very patient and accommodating for us arriving so late . Check in was very quick and the receptionist told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and our all inclusive package. He offered us food and drinks in case we were hungry from travelling and there was a decent selection of fresh ham, fruits and bread available .
The overall location of the hotel is great, I can’t dub it what so ever - it’s very close to the beach, bars and just general leisure and entertainment.
The facilities inside or outside the hotel are great. The canteen as such , was very clean and can accommodate around 250 people. If you do go as a couple or a larger group there’s seating of all sizes so you can all eat together and not be spaced so far away from another .
The food selection in my opinion was varied across my stay - sometimes it was great and sometimes it was just dull but of course that’s to everyone’s preferences. We had a sushi and spring rolls main selection one day and then a chicken, duck or fish selection with vegetables another - so it is just a hit or miss I think. The food is tasty, cooked and presented with care so I can’t review it anymore negatively.
Desert is similarly a hit or miss but once again just a personal preference . The desert is varied and most of it is really nice - the sour apple mousse was not a favourite amongst people I saw but the smaller puddings and cakes were great.
The pool area was a favourite. It’s spacious , has sun-beds as expected and just general seating. So you can tan , have a swim or just a little drink from the bar.
The roof top pool and bar is nice , it’s a little more expensive than downstairs and doesn’t apply to the all inclusive package but really I enjoyed my time up there. The pool is waist deep so you can have a drink and just chill in the or sit with your group and just relax. The view up there overlooks most of the area and the sun sets are pretty to watch.
My biggest negative by far is the showers which were by no means great. The pressure would frequently drop and the temperature was bipolar going from ice cold to boiling hot every 5-10 seconds. I asked a few other guests , and this was an issue for all of us. I still managed to shower and freshen up but it wasn’t exactly the most enjoyable shower of my life.
The lifts are quite scary, making scraping sounds going up and down or just not moving at all. For the most part they did the job but we did get stuck in them for about half an hour - despite this the reception were very helpful and did call the rescue company who had us out within 15 minutes of them calling so I cannot complain much more.
The all inclusive drinks is limited at 6 half pints or red / white wines . The beer and red wine is an acquired taste , but I did enjoy the white wine. You can only have the drinks at dinner or tea and are limited to three at each meal, which is fine for those who would go through three at each meal but personally I would rather them spread throughout the day.
If you decide to skip a meal , and sit by the pool instead you can get the six drinks per meal at the downstairs pool, but that’s only at the times the meal is on for. After that you do have to pay for the beer or wine.
I wouldn’t particularly take my review as an avoidance of the hotel - just maybe what to expect.
