Food served pretty much all day and drinks until midnight.
About a 15 minute pleasant walk to the centre.
Apartments although a little bit shabby are very big, all having balconies and kitchens. Maid service is very good, all the staff are professional and friendly.
If you come expecting 5* service you will be disappointed.
If you come expecting a high 3* service you will be very pleased with your choice.

Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty, basic, mouldy, and smelly. Overall, it feels like the place needs to be completely gutted it was filthy.
The pool area was one of the better parts. The splash pool was great for my 2-year-old and 5-year-old, although the water was absolutely freezing. I do want to give credit to the lifeguard, who was excellent constantly watching, walking around the pool, and not just sitting in a chair all day.
Food was very hit and miss. The New Year’s Eve dinner was excellent (10/10), but the rest of the week was just standard all-inclusive food. Staff were polite, however the dining area was let down by dirty chairs and high chairs, which were absolutely filthy.
Entertainment was basic. We only used the kids’ disco, which lasted about an hour. Nothing amazing, but the kids did enjoy it.
Overall, for what we paid, it was far too expensive. The hotel desperately needs a deep clean and a full revamp. Sadly, I would not recommend it

Recent went on a 4 night break (mid Dec)
Enjoyable experience, other guests were predominantly British, rooms were decent.
Also decent sized pool but was cold (Dec break so to be expected).
Meals were nice, nice selection to choose from, staff were fantastic and friendly.
10min walk from the beach, and approx 15/20min walk to an area of shops and bars.
Was able to purchase tickets to Rancho Texas through reception, dedicated bus service ran from behind the hotel resort, great day out.

The hotel was fantastic. Staff were incredible and so attentive anytime I needed anything. The food was freshly cooked each meal, always fresh pork, chicken, been and fish. Plenty choices for everyone. The place was very clean and rooms were well equipped. Fresh towels every 3 days too. We came in January and the weather was cooler than normal but still very enjoyable. Big pool was bitterly cold, would recommend it being heated but still enjoyable. The pool bar was well stocked, good quickly drinks and food. Ice cream available all day too and food regularly topped up. Sun lingers were comfortable and plenty available. Entertainment team were brilliant and engaging. First time I’ve ever played darts backwards, good fun! Place is well looked after, gardeners and cleaners out busy every day. Good location, close to town but not too close. Easily walkable. Great local shops around the hotel too. You don’t need to eat out if you go here, but if you do.. I would highly recommend the Mexican La Hasienda in teguise town.

I recently stayed here with my 2 teenage sons .
The blue bay is a 3 star hotel so yes it's a little rough around the edges . Maybe the decor could be better , maybe the food could be a little better , but then it would be 4 or 5 star and 40% more expensive so out of my price range .
Having said that the new year eve galla was brilliant, they really pushed the boat out .
The reason for my 5 star review is the atmosphere , entertainment and the staff in general .
My sons loved it there . The evening entertainment was brilliant . On our first night I moved closer to the singer because she was so good I was sure she was lip syncing , she wasn't ! . The on site entertainment staff were amazing had all the kids involved early in the evening and older kids and adults later on . The pool parties where great also.
I don't think we've ever had so much fun staying on site anywhere we've stayed .
