Far better than expected. Clean, inviting and good staff. I think people expect 5* for the price of 3* when they write bad reviews. We were a little worried but we didn't need to be. Some parts need a update but honestly....you get what you pay for. For a 3* hotel I give it 5 stars and will certainly be going back

Very very clean and amazing location, the room was great but the food wasn't the best and the drinks where poor for an all inclusive. The night time entertainment was bingo and karaoke every night so could do more but I understand its not peak summer time but the hotel was full ! I wouldn't recommend taking children as there nothing for them to do but all in it was a good hotel.
I was a bit concerned at the food that was left out for people arriving late because it wasn't been kept hot and it was luke warm and cling firmed and that's a feed ground for bacteria especially in a hot climate!

Fantastic hotel. The staff speak many different languages and go above and beyond when it comes to service. I have meter come across such dedicated and hard working staff in any line of business I can not fault them in any way.
Food: Food was excellent buffet style (Breakfast, Lunch & Tea) with plenty of variety. Food quality was more then expected from a 3 star hotel, all of it tasted high quality.
Bar: bar had a great selection of drinks and the bar staff were very hard working who again spoke a few different languages. You did have to deposit €1 per plastic cup which you get back at the end of the night when you hand it back in or what we did was keep the cup on our last drink of the night and hand them back the next day getting replacements and only cashing them back in on the last night of the trip.
Games room: Pool tables, Air hockey, Grab machines, other child type machines.
Pool: pool was a decent size and surprisingly very deep. It had a life guard too and they had an adult pool and kids pool.
Plenty of sun loungers and tables with chairs.
Rooms: very spacious with TV, Safe, Bed/Beds, Bed Side Table, Stool, Shower, Sink, Toilet, Bidet, Hair Dryer, Balcony with table, chairs and clothes airer.

I think alot of the bad reviews left are expecting too much it is only a three star hotel, however me and my partner enjoyed our stay here rooms were clean with a great view pool facilities were great, food was good and lots of variety even for me a picky eater! Staff were very welcoming , kind and friendly, the only things that was a slight issue was the drinks/alcohol were not strong at all had 12 vodka cokes and felt nothing. After walking around the village we also believed there would not be much to do for children around this area. But hotel was great glad I experienced my first holiday here.

not worth the price, i’m a fussy eater, and my partner is not. However, there was no food for either of us. No selection of food whatsoever.
No air conditioning that works!!!!!
have to pay deposit of €1 (in cash) for a cup for all inclusive drinks…. you can only get vodka and rum as alcohol for all-inclusive. Said i don’t understand and they said i have to pay for anything else 😱
no current exchange, even though it says on the website there is!!!!
they had a really nice pool that was deep! really enjoyed that and a book shelf
