I recently stayed at this hotel in Corfu and while there were some fantastic aspects, a few key issues left me disappointed.
On the positive side, the location is ideal – close to many attractions, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the sea each morning was unforgettable. The staff were also extremely friendly and always willing to help, which added a welcoming touch to the stay.
However, several things did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. There were no irons in the rooms, which is a basic amenity for most travelers. Drinks were served in plastic cups – not only did this feel cheap, but it also raised concerns from an environmental perspective.
One of the more serious issues was the lack of toilet facilities at the upper pool bar. This is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about hygiene standards, especially in a space where food and drinks are being served.
Additionally, guests are charged for pool towels, and sun beds on the beach cost €15 per day – a fee that feels excessive and inappropriate for a hotel of this rating.
Overall, while the hotel’s location and staff were excellent, the lack of key amenities and unexpected extra charges significantly detracted from the experience. With some improvements, particularly around facilities and guest comfort, it could live up to its potential.

Avoid at all costs – this is NOT a 4-star hotel
This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The bathroom was filthy and the towel had huge holes in them.
No proper cleaning was done during our stay, only the bed was made they did not clean the sink or the floor.
Our balcony door was left wide open by the cleaners, making our room completely accessible from outside. Totally unacceptable.
The staff, both at reception and in the all-inclusive restaurant, were consistently rude and unhelpful. As for the food, everything was ridiculously salty. Nothing about this place reflects the 4-star rating they claim. In reality, it’s struggling to meet even 2-star standards.
I would never return here and strongly advise others to stay away. Save your money and your sanity — this hotel is a disgrace.
Only positive notes, the Poseidon bar is really nice with friendly staff and the sunset cruise is a must do !

We stayed the last week of May. The beach is very beautiful, clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent, we enjoyed everything very much and the menu was constantly changing. Fresh salads and meat every day and a wide menu for gluten-free guests. All the staff were incredibly nice, from the receptionists to the waiters (greetings and thanks to Janis) to the best bartender and DJ Kostas, who takes very good care of the upper bar and pool. The whole place is beautifully decorated, cleaned and tidied up, he makes the best drinks and is the most skilled employee in the entire hotel. Once again, thank you for the family atmosphere and Kostas' service, which we have never experienced anywhere else. We remember with love, Katerina & Michael

I won't be original, I won't say anything that has already been said. Check in from 15:00, for each day of stay per room a fee of 10 € is charged, payable in cash. The reception and some rooms with a sea view are located near the beach and probably the fewest people will complain if they are placed there. There are two blocks - block A and block B. And that's where the houses on the hills are. This is for people who like to walk in the mountains, for others - make sure you are in a good physical condition to go down to the main restaurant and climb back up, at least 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). We were placed in a house with room 205 (block A). There is a bar with local alcohol and soft drinks, instant coffee and tea, a swimming pool with sun loungers (they are not washed or disinfected so they smell a bit unpleasant), there is no lifeguard by the pool, there are also no toilets - if you need to, you have to go to your room. Between meals, only mini sandwiches made by the barman and cake are available. Mostly no signal and internet, very weak wi-fi. There was no TV in our room, the air conditioning was broken for the first two days (it could not be turned off), during the 8 days of stay, the last 3 days there was no hot water. When we reported that the toilet flush did not work, the reception replied that they might take care of it later... It stinks of sewage. The food is the same, quite good although there is not much choice, salads and vegetables, a few desserts and fruit, ice cream. No description of what kind of dish it is! The nearest shop is quite a climb uphill, it would be best if you rent a car, it will definitely help you get to the houses located on the hills if you are accommodated there. The reception staff is not very helpful, they cannot organize a roll of toilet paper when you run out. You can rent a car on site. A very big minus is that there is no place for non-smokers, you can smoke everywhere there (except the main restaurant). No entertainment - so if you like dancing and music it will be very boring here, take bottles for water. No phone in the room, to report a fault you have to go down to the reception. The beach is unpleasant, pebbly and rocky. There is a bar there that is not affiliated with the hotel, but you can get a 15% discount. There is a stand where you can rent a boat. This is the worst place we have been, and to be honest we couldn't wait to leave.

This is not a 4* hotel and 1* is being generous. Stayed at Blue Princess 5days late May 2025 and was the worst experience of my life. Hotel is in really bad condition, especially the rooms. There are no toilets close to the swimming pools, bars weren’t open, no entertainment at all (not even ambient music) was quite cold at night and there is no lounge were you could stay. For our surprise city fee is 10€ per day and must be paid in cash. Hotel Internet doesn’t work and staff isn’t helpful at all. Had to argue to get an extra blanket/duvet for my room as they said there was none available. Towels had stains, room wasn’t clean (only bed was done) no toiletries as mentioned on the website (went with LoveHolidays) no water, kettle, coffee etc Hotel only uses plastic cups what made to feel like at a student party. Food wise the restaurant is too poor and no Greek food at all. A lot of hidden fees like a la carte restaurant not being included as mentioned on our pack. Beach chairs 15€ pp/day, towel fees and if I wanted bottle of water I had to pay, they only offer plastic cups of water. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my worst enemy.
