We stayed here the week before Christmas 2023, for 2 nights. I must admit, we've had reservations before on staying in this resort because of the bad reviews and ratings we've seen online, but ultimately decided to give it a try since, for an all inclusive package, the prices were extremely competitive. Given that we didn't have any high expectations, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist explained all their facilities and inclusions thoroughly, and since we arrived a little early, they let us enjoy their buffet lunch immediately while they were preparing our rooms, which was very considerate of them since the kids were hungry. I expected that only dinner would be included that day so I was pleased. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms / cabanas were a bit outdated and in need of renovations and upgrade but were clean. For the price though, we didn't mind at all. They've provided an extra bed for my kids and prepared everything nicely. They have several pools and splash areas for the kids and slides, so the kids enjoyed a lot, while us adults indulged in the unlimited drinks. The buffet meals were exquisite! All of us enjoyed all the meals, especially my hubby. Sea views were spectacular! And they had nightly entertainment which all of us enjoyed. My kids didn't want to leave and were begging us to stay longer. Overall, we would definitely stay again, in fact we just booked another stay in the coming months. Looking forward to another great stay!

We are 6 ladies and had we had a great time. Reception staff were so accommodating, food and services also perfect. Lifeguards also are so helpful. The good thing is we booked all in ( we had unlimited alcoholic drinks 🍹😀 ) and at night they had a small party until 11pm we enjoy it. Overall it was a good experience.

Review for dog owners thinking of staying the night. Horrible experience. left after an hour. management failed to mention the rave on dog beach 25m from our room. walls were shaking. dog beach not accessible. Ground floor rooms do not have a fenced seating area. If you are thinking of staying make sure you ask if there are any events happening. I do not recommend staying overnight.

Excellent location for a family outing. Cleaned room but few mosquitoes around. Nice breakfast with lots of choices, nice play area, water slides, but the water was too cold. They say kids don't stay in the pool long; but all kids were shewring otherwise they would have spent more time, however, they enjoyed the warm pools, lots of activities, and fantastic stage show. All in all, my kids had a great time.

We were in this hotel for second time. This hotel is cheaper than others here. So the service is corresponding. The sea is not very good, it is dirty and with a lot of seaweed. But the main pool Waikiki is great. The water in it is warm (ideal to sit at the bar), but also refreshing so its perfect. There are very friendly lifeguards and they are very caring. During our stay we found very sympatic Hassam. There are many activities for kids and adults too. Vacation in this hotel is fine.
