Best hotel siroco has been brilliant. The receptionist Alba was amazing. Couldn't do enough to help us. Made the last day and organising, an ease due to advising and helping with paying to keep a room on. Alba helped all four of the families with us and was able to assist and advise on what we could do with showering and renting towels allowing us to pack our own towels.

I had a wonderful time in the salon hair inside the hotel. I’ve done my hair in the shift of the afternoon with Janet and had a wonderful time there. I washed and did some contour highlights and I really liked it. I always recommended to my friends. The place was nice and clean.

Smooth check in, even if we were hellish early for the room. So all the paperwork was done & cases put in the luggage room.
Off to explore the hotel & surrounding area. But, rain put a halt to it.
Room was fine, outwith small storage for clothes. No drawer's at all. Wardrobe maybe a wee big small for two people, for ten days. Very comfy beds. Good size bathroom, shower over the tub for us. Very, very powerful shower by the way!!! It was fantastic. Shower gel & shampoo pumps in the shower, soap & hand cream over by wash hand basin. Balcony a bit on the smaller side, maybe a bit more depth would have suited us better?? Fantastic view!
Maid service is 2nd to none.
Restaurant has plenty to offer, maybe not a great choice for me (I am Mr Fussy, but I put on so much weight...) staff in here work their backsides off, all with a great big smile.
Bar is not that expensive, always had folk sitting, entertainment is on every night, would it be harsh to say its aimed at the older generation??? The few nights we were in for it, the singers could at least sing...
Hotel sits on a hill, so be aware of this if you have any walking issues.
I have no plans in returning to the area, but nothing about this hotel has made decision for us. It was value for money, if only we had the weather, it might have been a different story.

False Advertising, Rude Staff, and a Completely Ruined Holiday — Stay Away!
I booked through Booking.com expecting a relaxing holiday, but what I got was false promises, chaos, and stress. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my room was being upgraded — but when I walked in, it was clear this was a joke. The so-called upgrade had an awful view: dirty fake grass covered in mud with no real view at all. It felt like a bait-and-switch. When I complained, the staff told me this was a “good room” and demanded €100 more to actually upgrade. After arguing, they finally offered me a different room on the 4th floor, which did have a better view.
But then things went from bad to worse. When I told reception I’d take that room, the receptionist started yelling and muttering in Spanish, saying she had given that room to someone else — even though all my belongings were already in there. She had sent another couple up to the same room! After creating unnecessary drama, she said she’d “sort it out” and move the other guests elsewhere. Completely unprofessional.
That night, the nightmare continued. The room was right next to a noisy elevator with people coming and going at all hours. Then the air conditioning broke. I called reception, and they promised someone would fix it — but no one showed up for 3 hours. When I confronted the manager the next day, he moved me to another room — but this one was even worse: loud, dirty, and people kept banging on the door all night.
This experience didn’t just ruin my stay — it ruined my entire holiday. The rooms were unclean (I even found ants), the staff were rude and dismissive, and the whole thing felt like a scam. It was stressful, exhausting, and not remotely what was advertised.
I will never stay here again, and this experience has made me lose trust in Booking.com. Absolutely do not recommend — stay far away!

rooms are fine, somewhat clean although we did have a cockroach in our room. i wouldn’t personally call it a 4 star hotel more like a strong 3. plus the parking price is too much so instead we rented a car at rahuls and his parking was €5 a day much more cheaper than sirocos. if you’re at the bottom floor you’ll most likely hear whatever is going on in the main area/piazza bit until late
