Lovely clean hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Room was a bit on the small side for 3 of us but that's a very minor gripe. Food was really nice with masses of choice. Location great. No complaints at all.
Expect the usual selfish behaviour of guests putting towels and bags on loungers then going off site.

Easily one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The hygiene was appalling — there were dead flies in the food, the beef was raw and undercooked, and flies were constantly swarming around the food area. Truly unacceptable for any place serving meals.
What made things even worse was the treatment from the staff. My pregnant girlfriend was actually told to cover up her belly “to respect their company.” This is offensive, discriminatory, and deeply unprofessional. Pregnancy is not something that should ever be shamed.
On top of that, we were completely ignored by staff throughout our stay. It was clear they chose to prioritize and favor their own culture, while as English guests we were dismissed and treated as an afterthought. The lack of hospitality was blatant.
To add insult to injury, we weren’t even allowed to use lilos in the pool, which felt like yet another pointless and restrictive rule.
Between the filthy food conditions, the disrespectful behavior toward guests, the clear cultural favoritism, and the ridiculous restrictions, this place deserves zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms were big enough for 2 persons. Also the room itself was clean and the beds were nice. Location is OK, you have to walk down a tunnel/stairs to get to the beach. This takes about 7 minutes.
The best thing about the hotel was the food. The people in the restaurant worked very hard and the food was of good quality, both breakfast as diner.
What we did not like was the check-in. We had to wait in a queue for quite a while (exhausted from a long trip). You can only check in from 3pm. Also check-in was a bit unpersonal and we would have liked to gain more information about the hotel. Furthermore all was good.

Smooth check in, even if we were hellish early for the room. So all the paperwork was done & cases put in the luggage room.
Off to explore the hotel & surrounding area. But, rain put a halt to it.
Room was fine, outwith small storage for clothes. No drawer's at all. Wardrobe maybe a wee big small for two people, for ten days. Very comfy beds. Good size bathroom, shower over the tub for us. Very, very powerful shower by the way!!! It was fantastic. Shower gel & shampoo pumps in the shower, soap & hand cream over by wash hand basin. Balcony a bit on the smaller side, maybe a bit more depth would have suited us better?? Fantastic view!
Maid service is 2nd to none.
Restaurant has plenty to offer, maybe not a great choice for me (I am Mr Fussy, but I put on so much weight...) staff in here work their backsides off, all with a great big smile.
Bar is not that expensive, always had folk sitting, entertainment is on every night, would it be harsh to say its aimed at the older generation??? The few nights we were in for it, the singers could at least sing...
Hotel sits on a hill, so be aware of this if you have any walking issues.
I have no plans in returning to the area, but nothing about this hotel has made decision for us. It was value for money, if only we had the weather, it might have been a different story.

Incredible room with sea view. Swimming pools and entertainment for children. With direct access to the beach and thanks to Alicia who was always very attentive our daughter with intolerances had no problem. Everything perfect!
