When we arrived, the atmosphere was intense—seriously loud music and stag dos everywhere. It was full-on from the start. Reception staff were great, very helpful. They gave us four drink tokens and explained these were for our all-inclusive drinks, even though we had wristbands. Maids came everyday so yeah, good. We were a group of four staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The room itself was nice, but the bedroom was pretty cramped for two people. After unpacking, we headed for drinks. Unfortunately, the bar experience was frustrating. There was a long wait, and they only allowed one drink per person. That meant each of us had to queue up separately. Meanwhile, others were walking away with multiple drinks as they were tipping. In 50 minutes, we only managed to get two drinks each. Next, we tried the food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Basic food. Chips pizza etc. The next day was chaotic. The place was packed because people can buy tickets for the pool party, even if they’re not staying at the hotel. We couldn’t even get close to the pool. Later, things got worse—arguments, shouting, even scuffles. It was complete mayhem. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. After that, we didn’t use the hotel for food or drinks again. We chose to go out every day instead. Is it the worst place ever? No. But you really need to know what you’re getting into. Would I go back? No—but that’s just my personal choice.

This hotel is great for hens and stags, but also smaller parties too. Far enough from the strip to avoid the noise but close enough to walk down. We avoided walking back up the hill (Taxi cost €5) Cannot fault the staff, the food wasn't the best but there was always something you could eat, but the drinks and the link up to the bar on the beach more than made up for it. Disappointed from the time we got to the reception. €200 per room deposit, we had 3 rooms so a total of €600. Lifts are not maintained, and sound like they are falling apart. No rooftop bar as advertised. Outdoor pool, green and poorly maintained. No pool parties as advertised neither. Food wasn't great, and all inclusive drinks stops at 7pm. Was not worth the money. The only best part is the man sat at the gate in the evenings, was polite and lovely. And leaving the hotel to go home. AVOID!

Just got back from staying here I stayed 2023 everything was fine then. Staff Wer great food wasn’t good but everything else was, just got back from staying again an never again will I book here new staff and they was so rude didn’t meat one polite staff member, food was shocking pool parties are boring music is rubbish rooms have cockroaches in and I have came home very ill from the pool. The lifts nearly jam you in the doors just close on you absolutely shocking hotel

Rooms weren't great, bathroom was very dirty. Location isn't too bad, around 10-15 minute walk from the strip and beach. Food is awful. Pool was stinking, couldn't see your feet through the water. But it is what it is, I wasn't expecting much and if you just use the hotel for the beer and alcohol you can't complain too much
