Very average, unfortunately. Rooms are spacious and clean. The shower can support warm water only sometimes. Door to the bathroom needs to be kept close due to smells from sewerage, pretty disgusting. Food is ok. All inclusive drinks are poor. Beer is some kind of Lager probably which tastes average. The cocktails are pretty bad and drawn out of a machine. Most of the staff is not interested or happy doing their work, except animation team and the cook. Hotel pretty old. Surroundings with the lake and the additional space over the bridge are nice. The main pool is pretty small and when the animation goes on with waterplays, even less space. Cannot really recommend.

This has gone down hill since our last visit 5 years ago. Location not good for person with mobility issues 15 mins walk to bus stop. Hotel dose run a bus to beach but not everyone wants the beach. No escape from the loud music. Could do with reading room

Let's just say I am glad the wife booked it and not me! It was pretty much an episode of Jeremy Kyle, lots of roudy drunken people to the extent that the police were there on three occasions during the week. I am not suggesting that this incorporates all the guests but certainly a contingent. Food - unfortunately the food was very poor, a repetitive range of poorly cooked, bland and reconstituted dishes We had to eat out on five occasions as we just could not stomach the options available. If you can live on chicken nuggets and chips for a week then you will do well here. Rooms - very small and basic without a fridge, there was a decent sized flat screen TV and the beds although small, were comfortable. The bathroom was difficult to navigate with a massive sink blocking most of the room, you have to shuffle round and close the door to get into the shower. The rooms are dated and could do with a revamp, albeit they were kept clean on a daily basis. The balcony and view however are a joke. We paid extra to have a balcony, for the pleasure we had a view of a macerator which didn't smell great and what I believe were staff quarters and a broken down van. Upon speaking to reception we were advised that in order to do anything we would have to pay 80 euros for a different view. The sound suppression is non-existent, expect to be woken up by overindulged drunk residents returning to their rooms and noise from the balconies. Pool - one of the dirtiest pools I have ever come across, this was the main pool in the hotel, we did not go in it for fear of catching something. There is however a pool on the separate island. Reasonable amount of sun loungers, though not very comfy and a pool bar which was busy all the time but served a reasonable selection. Night time entertainment was focused on the kiddies predominantly.

We had a lovely family holiday for 11days place is clean and tidy. Rooms are kept clean by the maids. Friendly staff and chatty. Food was good although it was abit repetitive ( but its the same with any all-inclusive) always fresh and plenty to eat. Good pool bar and snack bar over on the little island. Definitely will return kids didn't want to leave.

It is not a hotel that should have 3.9 stars. The rooms were nice, but there is really a lack of a fridge, as purchased drinks become lukewarm after an hour in the summer period, so you just have to be aware of that beforehand. The restaurant should get one star - first of all you risk having to wait to get into the restaurant after 30-45 minutes because they don't have enough seats in there. Some evenings people were still queuing until 8.30pm, it's really not right. In addition, the food gets cold quickly, even if you are one of the first. Not all the food was ready-made (got pancakes that were only dough and potatoes raw). The entertainment was fine, but the entertainers during the day made so much noise with the music that you could hardly talk to each other. The service could also be much better, not many employees smiled at the guests. So if you want a relaxing holiday, don't choose this place as it is more stressful than relaxing.
