The hotel boasts an exceptional location, directly on the beach and surrounded by prestigious 5-star resorts along the coast. The facilities are impressive, and the level of service is truly outstanding—well deserving of a 5-star rating.
The dining experience is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and plentiful options that cater to every taste. Our family always found something satisfying, no matter the time of day.
The rooms, while clean and well-maintained, do feel somewhat outdated in terms of furniture. That said, housekeeping ensures a very high standard: towels and bed linens are changed daily, and fresh water is always provided in the room, which is a thoughtful touch worthy of praise.
Traveling with a 14-year-old, we were particularly pleased with the range of sports activities available, which kept him entertained throughout our stay. Even as a selective eater, he thoroughly enjoyed the food selection.
Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and family-friendly atmosphere

Hotel with the best food I've ever had in hotels. Very good quality food!!! The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the snack food.
The rooms are large and always clean every day. Bath towels changed every day and bottles of water available.
A big thank you to Tonia and Pedro from the restaurant, who were always very friendly, and Yuria, the hotel manager, who was always willing to help.
The beach is also very good, clean and when the flag is green the sea is beautiful!
The hotel's only downside is the entertainment. Very, very bad. There are days when there is no mini disco for the children, there is no entertainment in the pool, always the same games (water-polo), many times of the day there is no music in the pool, the head of the entertainment team can't even motivate people to sign up for the games. The evening entertainment was also very poor.
I would advise the hotel to review the entertainment team and I think everything will be up to scratch by then

A nice place, with a beautiful beach in front. Family and quiet atmosphere, with activities for everyone. The hotel staff is really nice, and polite . The animators are also there for whatever you need, with fantastic activities.
The food is very good and there is variety. The best are the desserts, without a doubt.
The pool area is nice and there is a park for children which is very good.
Adding a drawback is that the wifi does not work sometimes very well.
Recommended for families, a place where you will have fun, meet people and enjoy your days off.

We a lovely full week stay. The place is amazingly located. Beautiful beach and delicious food! Never boring. The staff however is what earns all the stars! They were all warm, welcoming, charming and considerate. We have our room maintained pristine by a lovely lady who greeted us with a sincere smile every single day. The main barman as well as the beach bar staff were incredible as well. Thanks to them we learned a bit more about the food and local traditions. We were sad to say goodbye to David as he received us upon arrival and also in time to wave us goodbye as we left. 10/10 🇬🇷🤍💙

We had a truly wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel! The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning sea views and easy access to Heraklion and other nearby attractions.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What really stood out was the hospitality — the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed.
The food was fresh and varied, with delicious options at every meal, and we especially enjoyed the themed nights. The pool area and beach were both well maintained, with plenty of loungers and space to relax.
Thank you, Bella Beach, for making our trip to Crete unforgettable! We’ll definitely return. 🇬🇷🌊☀️
