A truly fascinating hotel (price-quality correlation). Delicious food, a wonderful area at the beach with a cafe right on the beach with snacks working even in winter. Good indoor pool and spa (free hammam, sauna). A very beautiful lobby area and the rooms are furnitured in a very nice way. There is only one problem - poor sound isolation in the bathroom. The animation team is very nice and friendly, great activities provided during the day (yoga, dart 2 times a day, evening shows). Thanks to Alina, a very friendly girl who is in charge of holding yoga and dart game, was very lively. We want to come back to this hotel!

I was very disappointed that Russian patriotic music was played at the hotel disco. As a Ukrainian guest, this was extremely painful and triggering for me. This is not just music — it represents a country that is currently committing violence against my people.
Hotels are public spaces and should be safe and comfortable for all guests. I believe staff may not understand the context, but that’s exactly why it’s important to raise awareness and be more sensitive in music choices.
The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is varied and good. There are not many attractions in the surrounding area. The service is good and the staff really try to make guests feel comfortable.
I did not enjoy the hammam experience — I felt pressured to buy extra services, and similar packages nearby in Alanya cost about half the price.
I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and avoid such situations in the future.

I am so glad we booked this Hotel!
The rooms in the main house are very good and clean. The rooms in the house next to the main area are medium. Its loud, twisted and less clean. But we had a room in the main house and were satisfied.
The food is varied and tasty. The dishes and tables were cleaned fast and properly.
The location is near the street so the cars are in the background noise. But thats ok for me. Also you walk only 5 minutes to the beach which is beautifully designed.
You have access to food and cocktails the whole day! I liked that.
My highlight was the spa. We booked Salt room, sauna, steam sauna, Hamam, bubble bath, being cleaned from two wholesome ladys, 30 minutes massage, a face mask and a tea for just 45€ per person! It was really really amazing! I would recommend!
Also the all in was just 10€ a day!! (We were here in November)
If you want a relaxing and cheap time - go to Doganay! (But make sure to book a room in the main house)

I stayed at this 5-star hotel in Alanya for a Latin dance festival. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Starting from the second night, I (and about 10 other participants) suffered from severe food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and body aches. I spent two nights sick in bed, which completely ruined my stay.
On top of that, during two nights my room was located right under the restaurant, and I couldn’t sleep because of constant noise from chairs and tables being moved around.
For a 5-star hotel, I expected much higher standards of food safety and comfort. This was not the quality or care that I expected from a 5 star hotel and the guests deserve!! Highly disappointed.

My son and I, along with a group of dancers, attended the Latin Dance Festival held at this hotel from September 18th to 22nd. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
On the first day, money was stolen from my wallet while it was inside our room. A hotel staff member had entered the room to bring a blanket during our absence, and that was the only time anyone else had access. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they told me that the security cameras could only be checked in the presence of the police, and later said that nothing could be proven.
The food quality was also very poor. Several members of our group, including my son, experienced stomach issues. One of my friends found a worm on her lettuce, and another person saw several cockroaches in the restaurant.
Overall, I had a very unpleasant stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
