We were recommended to be live experience Lanzarote,..it didn't disappoint.
The staff were professional & polite in the hotel.
The entertainment guys were great around the pool area..they wouldn't hassle you too much.
You had lots of choice of different foods to eat; even if you were fussy, you would still find something to eat;; & there were plenty of hot plates.
Our room was very clean & we loved how spacious it was.
The cleaners came everyday & did a fab job.
The hotel is in a perfect location for the beachfront & bars & restaurants.
We will be back...absolutely loved the hotel.

Good bits
Location- near the square, beachfront restaurants and shops. The location cannot be faulted.
Staff- The staff were helpful and pleasant, as ever a credit to be-live.
Bad bits
Food. Dinner was lukewarm, always. The restaurant is in a basement and looks like a cafe. Think office canteen. See the photo.
Breakfast was again lukewarm, but served a function.
You will not get fine dining here, go out. Use the all inclusive as a fall back.
Rooms and areas, look good on the website, but behind the scenes, it's very basic, blocky and needs more maintenance. See photo.
Room was supposed to be a double, was 2 twins pushed together, and made up as twins. Pushing 2 beds together without fixing them or making them up as a double is not a double.
This is not a 4 star hotel, think 3 at best. Don't come here expecting 4 star, you will be disappointed. Come here expecting a great location, friendly staff and basic everything else, you will be happy.

2nd time staying at this hotel, loved it as usual. All the staff at the hotel are friendly & helpful. It is well positioned right on the beach front with plenty of bars a short stroll away. The pool seemed to be slightly heated so great for a dip even over new year. The rooms could do with a little face lift & the room safes were not working during our stay but we could leave any valuables at the 24hr reception. The wardrobe also could do with extra lighting over it, unable to see our clothes in the evening & resorted to using torch on phone. T.V. had limited British channels. All in all though another great stay over 23/24 new year, will return in the near future & would recommend.

It’s a nice fairly quiet resort by the sea and right by a nice beach. There are lots of shops, bars and supermarkets right on your doorstep. The staff are all extremely pleasant to deal, hard working and very helpful. It is nice and quiet at night which is lovely. There is a very laid back chill feel to the place which was very appealing to us. We were here Xmas/new year time and there was no shortage of sunbeds around the pool.
The negatives
We booked 2 double rooms 6 months in advance and ended up with non-joining rooms which was very annoying as a family of 4 for Christmas.
The rooms are not well designed at all and the adjoining room has strangers in it who are very loud so we can hear them which is extremely annoying. The food is mediocre really and the main dining room is down in a basement which is full of support pillars, stuffy and just generally badly designed IMO.
Not enough fresh veggies on the buffet either but no shortage of bananas LOL. The beds are hard but quite comfortable.
Double rooms have no kettle even but bigger room category has kitchenette.
Room keys had to be changed numerous times as they kept malfunctioning.

It’s not a 7 star hotel, so don’t expect it.
Hardest working staff I have ever seen after 25 years experience.
All inclusive food - par for the course.
If there’s any criticism the pool isn’t big enough.
Would I come again - absolutely.
Entertainment staff are really good.
Bar staff are really good.
Room - upgrade to sea view was well worth it.
