Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Costa Teguise and would definitely recommend! The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially reception and restaurant staff. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are huge and so comfortable! Our room was cleaned every day and you could have your bed and towels changed daily if needed. We had a jacuzzi bath on our terrace which was fab and also cleaned daily! The hotel is in a really convenient place right on the sea front and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Sometimes it could get quite busy depending on the time but the food was fresh, great quality and lots of choices which changes every day. We hadn't told any staff we were there to celebrate my birthday but I had some birthday cards in the room and that afternoon we had a knock on the door and a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered, was a lovely touch. We found the drinks in the hotel to be quite cheap. The only thing we found expensive was the spa treatments so we gave those a miss. One recommendation I would have is a bit more entertainment in the evenings and a list of what's going on and where to be provided to guests as we never knew what was happening so had to wander around to see.

Amazing holiday. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening was top notch, very tasty. When we checked in the staff were delightful and offered us a drink straight away. All the staff were spectacular during our stay. It was even better that there was a hot tub in our room. If I ever have another opportunity to stay at a Barcelo resort again then I will most definitely stay with the company again. Thanks we had an amazing time.

We spent a week at this amazing hotel, the room was perfect and the hotel fulfilled our request of allocating a room with a sunny balcony that was just perfect. We had a junior suite that had lots of space and a whirlpool on the balcony that was perfect for relaxing in. All the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming, they all really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. This hotel is genuinely one of the best we have stayed in and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to all of the staff for making sure we had a wonderful stay.

The staff is amazing! Super helpful for any request and very patient if you wish to speak in Spanish to practice (instead of just swapping to English ;) The hotel is 2 min walk from the beach and the pool area is also lovely to relax They have a dedicated gluten free buffet at breakfast which was amazing! And a special thank you for offering me a bottle of Cava during my stay: lovely attention! I would also recommend you talk to them about Barceló experiences: they have a whole bunch of excursions available for booking at reasonable prices

Really great stay. All inclusive was spot on. I was really impressed with the cocktail menu and how good quality they were ( made in front of you and not pre mixed) the lunchtime menu in the Breeze Beach bar was really great. Plenty of choice and really good quality. Our balcony was huge with a sea view the hot tub sat back so it felt really private. It was my birthday ( which I’d not mentioned) and was delighted when a card and bottle of fizz got delivered. The staff were all really helpful and even helped me practice my terrible Spanish (sorry for butchering your beautiful language)
