The oils and the massage smelled amazing and the aroma of the massage was great. Ana was wonderful and helpful and gave a great well rounded experience.

Very good hotel. Well placed in Guadalmina. I really liked it since the first hours. Everything was within my expectations: Rooms, Breakfast, the Staff. All was good.

Had a good stay at this hotel for a business event. Coming here in May was ideal because the hotel was quiet. This meant no queues plus rooms and other facilities were all clean. The lunch menu was fresh, tasty and filling. The hotel is a distance away from other attractions but we walked 15mins to a really nice local restaurant. Only negative is that the staff can be rude at times.

This hotel should not be part of the Barceló group and it is definitely not a 4-star property – it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The rooms are in terrible condition: the bathroom door was broken, the air conditioning unit was full of mold, and the walls were so thin that every noise from other rooms could be heard. The blankets were cheap and uncomfortable. To make things worse, our neighbors were constantly smoking marijuana, and even though I reported this to the reception, the staff did not care or take any action. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

I want to start the review with the fact that I'm giving four stars in favour of the hotel, whereas I would've given 3,5 if possible.
The hotel has an excellent location; about 15 minutes from all of the hotspots in Marbella. There's one street nearby where you can park your car for free.
Staff of the hotel is very friendly and available 24/7.
Then the rooms... They are spacious and have large beds. But our air conditioning was barely working. The rooms are outdated, just as the a/c. We called the receptionist when we arrived and luckily someone came quickly. But setting the a/c below 16 would not work, so it was always set to 16 and the temperature in the room never got below 22-23°C.
The minibar as well, it barely worked. I think that matched the 16°C, but not colder than that. Besides the a/c, the room has a ceiling fan. We turned it on, but it's life is literally hanging on a thread. We didn't feel comfortable turning it on for any longer. It's not hanging stable and can fall anytime...
Our shower door in the bathroom would not close. It's barely hanging. So a lot of water leaked out. The tap in the shower is loose and all of the caulking was very mouldy. One time, we also find a cockroach in the bathroom... We used a glass and a piece of paper to get it out of our room. Really disgusting.
There's a pretty new tv, with a remote with YouTube button. But that function also did not work.
Very big plus is that the WiFi is extremely stable and fast.
Breakfast is also good, with a large variety of food and drinks to choose from. But unfortunately every day exactly the same.
Swimming pool is nice with decent beds, but note that it opens from 11:00 and already closes at 19:00.
