We had an amazing time here. The room and view were amazing. Grounds and beach are kept tidy. Staff was always kind and accommodating to their fullest capacity. Pool was clean and linens were comfortable/smelt nice. The food was also good.
Our only “complaint” would be that the all inclusive portion was a bit confusing as there are different levels of what your package includes and depending on your package other things have a 50% discount.
Bug spray is a must. They aren’t terrible but it’s helpful if you have blood the mosquitos prefer.
Oh! Forgot to also mention the boat to get to and from. Very simple and always on time.

Absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful hotel, Barcelona on Coconut island. We were greeted by smiling staff who took care of our baggage from the ferry. We were incredibly lucky to be upgraded to a two bedroom villa with our own pool. The villa was fabulous! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do more for us! Just some of the amazing staff include Jhun in Reception who helped us extend our stay. He was so helpful! Kamil who helped me find my villa on the first night and the lovely staff in the restaurants, Honey, Fanta, Dada, Su, Kyle to name just a few. This really is a lovely gem and I would recommend you to stay here!

Overall our stay was just fine at this resort. If you are a resort person who has the all inclusive package and does not want to leave the island then this is the place for you. If however you are traveling to Phuket and are looking to explore I would stay elsewhere. The rooms are beautiful but during our stay in Thailand we stayed at many hotels that had rooms that were just as nice or better for 4x less. Phuket is more expensive than other parts of Thailand but it does not need to be this expensive. I felt that the price and service did not meet my expectations. Throughout our travels we received such excellent service that I felt the service here was subpar. It was certainly adequate for being a resort but overall I think I just prefer the service received from smaller more boutique hotels. The breakfast had lots of food options and should be adequate for even the most picky eater. The drinks are expensive but are excellent some of the best I received in Thailand.The pools are gorgeous, and I will say this resort is very family friendly. Lastly I would note that if you are booking a pool one bedroom room don't pay extra for the ocean view. It appears that all of the pool rooms have some sort of view and we paid extra for what felt like an obstructed view. Also the private pool did not feel very private as we had a clear view into our neighbors pool. They did provide a privacy screen upon request but it still felt less private than was advertised.

We had an amazing stay here, from the amazing room views to the super friendly staff - everything was great. We stayed at one of the beachfront villas and the views were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet is also good and has nice options. A special thanks to the manager Hasan to made our check in and check out process so smooth, and was very helpful and accommodating. Some of our family members left before breakfast opened so he even organized take away breakfast boxes for them which was much appreciate. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent five nights at Barceló Coconut Island, and it was an amazing place to stay with family. The staff are extremely cooperative and friendly. We were even upgraded to a two-bedroom pool villa, thanks to the manager — a wonderful surprise!
The food was great, with many restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious options. Our package included breakfast, and they had an excellent spread featuring Indian, Continental, Thai, and more.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
