Outside of apartments, very picturesque and good swimming pools. Restaurant on site by reception very good caters for breakfast lunch and dinner and staff very friendly and helpful.
Apartment spacious but in need of repair in areas.
Downside on arrival receptionist not helpful and lighting at night could be better, suggest take a torch. Was left to find own accomodation on arrival in a large complex at midnight.
Supermarket outside of complex is well stocked and reasonably priced.

A lovely resort. We had a first floor apartment near the front of the complex, which was really clean, with all amenities.
I used the indoor pool during our stay and that was great too, warm and well maintained.
We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again 😀

This is a great spot for a relaxing vacation in the sun near beautiful beaches. The 9 hole golf course is nothing to write home about, but the number and variety of swimming pools is great, and the staff are amazing - from check-in, to grounds crew, they were all helpful and friendly. Lots of great restaurants nearby and overall cheaper than some of the more metropolitan areas of Europe

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we booked, the customer service was horrendous. The staff was rude, dismissive, and openly prejudiced toward certain guests saying we were suspicious for following up confusion
surrounding payment. They charged us £608 INSTEAD of €608 converted into £511. It was shocking and disgusting to witness such bad customer service in 2025.
On top of that, the hotel itself has a bad reputation for being filthy. The rooms apparently smelled like mold, the sheets had stains, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. When we asked if the reviews where accurate, the staff acted like we were the problem. They refused to help and treated us with complete disrespect.
Save your money and your dignity—stay anywhere else. This place should be shut down.

Beware of BLACK MOLD. While the grounds and pools were nice, the RCI timeshare rooms at this resort are in absolutely deplorable condition. The dampness and mold in the rooms is disgusting and unacceptable. I made the mistake of looking underneath the bathroom countertop when I dropped something. The mold is also all over the walls, ceiling, underneath bedside tables and on the roller blinds. Do not stay here if you don't want to become sick! Our clothes smell and were damp the entire time. The cherry on top was ants coming out of the walls. This resort needs major renovations, new furniture and climate control.
