Excellent stay, plenty of pools to relax at. The rooms were a great size with a large variety of channels on the TV including Sky Sports. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very good in the bedroom and the living room. If you wanted to unwind then everything on site Including Spar so you don't have to move.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Apartment spacious. However, room was not cleaned or towels changed until after 4 days, despite asking. Toilet also not very clean with mould on tiles. Had to buy soap as dispenser empty, even after clean.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were delighted with the location, it has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area, two balconies plus ample parking. We were about one minutes walk from the nearest pool which had a snack bar staffed by a lovely woman who helped me with my Portuguese pronunciation. There were ample loungers by the pool and immaculately clean toilets.

We stayed for 2 days over including New year's eve. Check -in was quick (we requested early check-in but was sent message as depending on availability, so didn't bother going early).
The village itself is massive, we noticed tennis court (didn't use it), indoor pool + jacuzzi, small gym & kids playing area.
Room was very spacious (we stayed in 2 bedroom superior apt) & clean (considering all the reports of mould, we actually were surprised). Apt had all the amenities including 2 decent size bedrooms, living room with 65 inch TV & & again another one in bedroom, fully fledged kitchen (microwave, dish washer, oven, pretty much all the utensils), utility room (washing machine didn't work). Apt itself used to get cold in the morning but all the rooms had AC & bathroom had heaters which kept us comfortable.
Check out was again quick & they let us stay for additional 2h (as it was New year's day to recover from overnight late night party) which was nice.
Overall, very pleasant stay & would visit again.
Only dowmside is minor things (for eg, some of bulbs were burnt, sockets out of walls, working appliances, really just maintainence of existing facilities) .

Lovely place to stay but we were disappointed when we got to the hotel at 2pm and were told that our apartment wouldn’t be ready to check into until 5pm! When we did eventually check in, it was dark and we were given terrible directions to get to our apartment; took us over half an hour to find the right one! And that was only because one of the other residents helped us.
