Our second time at this hotel and really glad we decided to come back! The place is always clean no matter where you are and the staff are amazing. To say it's all inclusive they can't do enough for you. Shout out to Roberto at reception, he goes above and beyond all the time. Leo who is one of the entertainers was brilliant, very engaging and remembers everyone by name making it more personal. Would happily come here every year, amazing food and amazing staff!

I recently stayed here and was truly impressed by the outstanding facilities and the exceptional staff. The staff members were fantastic, always ready to assist with a smile. It was heartwarming to see how every child at the hotel had a big smile on their face throughout their stay, a testament to the joyful atmosphere created by the hotel's amenities and service. My experience at this hotel was truly delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay with kids.

Amazing hotel, great entertainment team!
One thing I must add… this review was FORCED by the entertainments team.
They set up a game for children, allowed them to queue for a turn but before they could have a go, parents had to scan the QR code and leave a 5 star review. This review was then checked by the entertainment team before allowing children to throw a ball on a giant inflatable dart board. Once they had done so, they could win a prize.
If (like myself) you have more than one child, they cannot each have a go unless you have access to more than one Google account. This caused a huge issue and took a long time to resolve in order to ensure both of our boys had a turn and ‘won’ a t shirt each.
We genuinely love the hotel and have had the most incredible time. Staff have been lovely, rooms are fantastic, food has been great, the pool area is ideal for children and overall, we can’t fault our holiday.
We just wanted to share the above so everyone is aware not all reviews may be genuine as some are bribed with games/ prizes for children and subsequently checked by staff to ensure nothing negative is posted. This may hinder the validity of the reviews so we added this to ensure full transparency.

We had a 6 days holiday spent at Bahia Principe Fantasia with our 8 year old and It’s was amazing experience and stay at the resort. We'd fully enjoyed our time here with 5 STAR experience. They have a lots of water activities through out the day for adults & kids and the best part is the evening shows which are not to be missed and really fun & amazing. I & my wife personally love their gym & yoga lessons. They staff at the resort is very courteous and friendly. Would love to go to their other resorts at different locations.
