Fantastic all round! We spent 5 days here and absolutely loved every minute of it. The food was incredible and a really good variety with some great seafood options! Breakfasts and Lunches were again brilliant.
The live shows were a highlight of the holiday! A really professional and well run performance. We had 1 show included with our stay but enjoyed it so much we paid the extra €20 each for a different show the next night.
The rooms big, bright and immaculate. Plenty for kids to do and keep them entertained. All the staff were friendly and professional.
The adults only area with infinity pool and bar was excellent and well placed. Can't wait to come back!

After visiting Tenerife several times now, this is without question the best hotel we’ve stayed in. It’s perfect for families, with exceptionally friendly staff who welcome you on arrival. The food choice was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.
The children absolutely loved it, from the pool foam party to their own entertainment shows, a castle full of surprises, and different activities and entertainment on offer every day. An outstanding hotel that we would happily return to.

Hotel is fantastic for children of all ages. The staff are all friendly especially those who work tirelessly in the kids club - although we have not used it you see them around the hotel all the time constantly entertaining. The kids splash park and pools are brilliant with plenty to do, situated next to the snack bar and serve yourself drinks station. Stopping in a family master suite, this room is perfect for us with the split wall to separate the rooms. Mini bar is restocked daily for free and cleaners in daily too. Cannot fault this hotel for a child friendly holiday other than the location, there isn’t much to walk to after dinner which is something we enjoy in an evening however that’s just personal preference - you don’t need to leave, everything is here.

We travelled as a family of four (kids 8 and 10) to the hotel for an easy half term sunny break without knowing what to expect and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The Hotel is kept so clean with service staff constantly fixed, cleaning and brightening it up. I was really impressed.
The shows are exceptional - cirque de soleil style with great costumes and skills.
Food was really good standard and the Italian restaurant in particular was a really fun experience. There wasn’t overbooking so each buffet or restaurant experience felt relaxed. Equally being able to self serve drinks and as hoc snacks meant there wasn’t reliance on finding waiters all the time and made things really easy.
The games and classes put on in the pools were great fun without being cheesy especially the pool fit classes which were always full! Just to call Lucas in the gym was brilliant and I really enjoyed the classes.

I would loved to have given a better review than this, however, when a hotel claims to be a 5* hotel, it should uphold certain standards and service.
We recently came back from a 5 night stay with our 2 children (1 of which was a baby).
Despite arriving a few hours ahead of check in, as we had checked in online via the app (strongly recommended!) Our room was ready. However, at check in there lacked the usual service as with other 5*s, no welcome drink or personalisation. I get the hotel was headed into a busy period, but paying a premium you do expect some personalisation!
The hotel itself is beautiful - every child's dream to stay in/near a castle and we booked a sea view suite which was incredible. Our room was a decent size for 4 people and fit two beds and a travel cot. The sea view side of the hotel is quite a walk away, but worth it for the view! However, the one thing that let this down (and majorly!) Is the ant infestation we experienced throughout our stay. This was repeatedly reported to concierge, and reception, our housekeeper who did an amazing job sprayed with bug spray but by day 3 said there was nothing more she could do, and dwspite reporting this, the hotel sais the manager would get in touch but we received no response for the remaining 2 days we were there - which was very poor from management! We ended up having to keep all clothes and belongings in suitcases after finding ants crawling all over our 5 month old babies things which made our entire stay uncomfortable. The very least they could have done was move us rooms (!) We were offered a free sunbed and show, which we accepted, however that does not 'make good' on the room situation! I spoke to a reception manager at check out who told us to contact her if ever we were thinking about another holiday, and then customer service when I couldn't reach Ester, who all they could say was apologise and to let us know if we come again (why would we after all this?!)
Ant infestation aside..
Positives - Kids club and entertainment was amazing. The team that work there are really enthusiastic and caring and the schedule they have on for the children is non stop!
- Lobby bar - drinks are incredible and its the one part of the hotel food and drink which feels like a 5*!
- Shows + evening entertainment - was brilliant! We had a great time at the circus and silent disco. There was some slightly inappropriate dancing at the circus with one dancer twerking and jiggling her bum loads however! When you're taking young kids there not really family friendly!
Negatives -
- Food. Buffet was quite samey and bland by day 5. We had to leave to get somwthing decent ro eat.
- A la carte restaurants- the service is ridiculous and rude! We got dressed up for both Italian and Steak and both restaurants they spell the same script asking tou for your entire order within a few minutes ans trying to wrap up within half an hour. We got so missed off at rhe steak restaurant we didn't even stay for dessert on our last night

- Pools were FREEZING
If the hotel had responded better to the ant situation, we would have returned for sure for the views and kids club alone.. however, would not be returning, or recommending!
