First and last time staying at this resort. We bought new slippers for this trip and at the end of the first day they were all black from dirt. The floor had not seen a mop for a very long time. Balcony dirty and we didn’t sit out there once as it wasn’t pleasant. Dated rooms. No housekeeping at all during our 2 week stay… no beds changed. We had to request new bath towels. Sofa’s all stained and felt dirty. No natural light into the room so felt very dark and unwelcoming.
Pool bar adds on 18% gratuity without telling you and then puts the tray out for another tip!
Been travelling to Florida for 36 years now and this accommodation has been a disappointment. Plenty nicer resorts to choose from.

As tourists making just a short stop in Orlando, we expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, this place turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The moment we walked in, we were hit by the smell of damp and mold , something between a musty basement and an old man’s forgotten closet.
We thought: “Let’s air it out, maybe it’ll be fine.” But the longer we stayed, the worse it got. At first glance, the apartment doesn’t look that bad but the moment you enter the bedroom, reality hits. The bedsheets looked like they had been chewed up and spit out wrinkled, messy, and definitely not prepared for guests. It honestly made us wonder if someone had stayed there earlier that day and ran out just like we eventually did.
There was no duvet , just a thin, uncomfortable blanket. I’ve never encountered a rental where the bedroom didn’t have proper bedding. The floor was dirty, dust was everywhere, and the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like multiple guest stays. The bathroom? Moldy, smelly, and with pubic hair right by the shower. The toilet brush was literally covered in filth and wrapped in a plastic bag💩💩💩 .. seriously, what is that even about?
In the drawers, we found dirty, used tissues. Filth everywhere. And the kitchen? A complete disaster. The stovetop hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and the fridge was just disgusting🤢
We lost half a day of our trip trying to find another place and move out. No one should have to go through this. This apartment is not worth a single dollar. Absolutely not recommended 🥴the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had🤢
One star and only because the AC worked. Though, judging by the state of everything else, it’s probably full of mold too and we’re lucky we didn’t get sick🤮🤮🤮

We stayed here and loved how peaceful the resort was. Good size pools, and range of facilities available.
Point to think about, the furniture and appliances in our accommodation felt and looked a bit old and tired.

Usually we're very pleased with Bahama bay. However during this visit my wife slipped in the shower. Fortunately she was not seriously injured.There were no grab bars or rubber friction mats. Most of the units have original bathtubs which are curved and slippery. The unit itself what is nicely decorated in all else was very comfortable. The grounds are well kept and very nice.

Highly recommended. More than enough space for my family. Plenty of pools to enjoy. Very safe and quiet location. If they enjoy it then that’s all that matters. However, I didn’t see many popular/family eateries nearby.
