First time to this hotel both my friend and I had a balcony room overlooking the pedestrian walkway The hotel clientele was of a elderly age but that was expected at this time of the year was to be expected,I felt young at 68 though there were few younger people enjoying the sun at the Roof Top Pool. Hopefully coming back in September and I wonder if the age group will change,we will see. We went on B&B but you have other options like Half and Full Board,not sure about All Inclusive you would need to check that out. The breakfast was a buffet style,excellent choices even for myself being a Vegetarian.I did like that you could have your choice of omelette to order. Staff in all areas from Reception, Waiting Staff and The Cleaning Staff were excellent very polite and professional rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

This was 2nd time I've stayed in this hotel. The rooms and staff fantastic The bars and staff fantastic The restaurant and staff fantastic. The food variation 3 times a day was amazing. The afternoon and evening entertainment was really good. Esperanza really tries hard with the Spanish lessons and the dances & games. Pool and jacuzzi fantastic clean, some of the sunbeds need replacing. Great location for old and new town. Lavante Beach is about 200m away. We came for a month and have both really enjoyed ourselves, totally relaxed, we just want to stay longer. I can honestly say that this hotel and its staff totally deserve the 5 stars, My wife and I have been there several times and absolutely love the place. The hotel is well sited close to the beach front and to the shops in Old town, its also close to the night life in the area which we take advantage of most nights during our stays there. The facilities within the hotel are fantastic and the roof pool area is great as well with a great view of the town and beach front. The staff have always been great and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are great and vary according to what you pay for meaning a balcony or not and are fully serviced. The entertainment in the evenings is great and we found afterwards we used to venture out to clubs and our Favourite Karaoke bar "Timeless " very close to the hotel. We are going back there in April 2024 and can't wait.

Hidden little gem in the heart of the old town. Rooms are large and very clean. Good is spot on and always hot. The fridge in the room is a bit of a fire hazard as it's in a cupboard and when you open the cupboard door the heat coming from the fridge is worrying. Drinks were cheap we only had sangria which was only 8.50€ and it was very cold which was nice. Staff in restaurant and bar very friendly.

Great location of the hotel close to the beach and sites of Benidorm. 40 minutes away from a lovely Hike! Food is buffet and delicious! Different choices daily. Pretty good temperature in December warmer than Britain for some good heat. Can recommend if going to Benidorm of the food and location!
