Meant to be a 4 star hotel , but more like a 2 star hotel , with 4 star food , and 5 star staff . Bar staff are brilliant . Thank you to Fran , Antonio, and Carlos for making us welcome . You need a pay rise . Ok Hotel , in dire need of an influx of money to re vamp this obvious tired hotel . See photos !!! .
They put us in a darkened room with one small window . When we complained , they moved us to a room with a balcony, BUT ,charged us an extra 90 euros to upgrade . Lots we talked to had the same issue . Rooms are tired .
7pm evening meal is served, then the bar area fills up to capacity, but from 7pm till 9pm , there is NO entertainment or music till 9pm . Deathly quiet in the bar area. Why there isn't background music on there , I will never know , then turn volume up when the entertainment starts .
The lifts are old and dated. A max of 3 people allowed per lift at a time .
If you have a wheelchair, forget it .. you would not get in the lifts .
This hotel is meant to be catered for old aged pensioners and the disabled , but fails terribly in most areas .
Food is adequate and with a good choice . Staff in the restaurant are good and helpful , and eager to clear plates and serve you drinks .
BAR .. way too small but its redeeming feature is , it has excellent staff , fran , Antonio, and Carlos, are the lifeline of this hotel, however, the hotel should employ a member of staff who's sole job is to collect glasses , wash glasses , and stack them once dry .
Finally Dani , what in gods name is her job title ?
She wears cleaners outfits , yet I've NEVER seen her cleaning . Most of time she's in the bar storage area drinking free drinks .
My advice if you're going to book at this hotel is , read the small print .

Staff 120%,,,could not fault the service. All were friendly, jovial eager to please, and polite. Our stay was in November and all inclusive...there was so much lovely prepared food, and the drink measures were unreal. The lady doing the daily entertainment (except Sunday) was so friendly and enthusiastic, and knew how to work the elder crowd that seemed to be staying at the hotel. This hotel is not really for the young...id say 45+ is realistic...most here were retired at our stay time. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, the promenade similar, and the old town with its shops and eateries was right at the door. Thoroughly recommend and will be back again for some winter sun. PS was 23° daytime and 15° nighttime in mid November, with a couple of light showers.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The only issues were the key card deactivated twice so needed re setting and the lifts are very small and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Other than that all good

Great location in Benidorm centre, close to the beach front, rooms are small and basic, but everything you need and clean, we had clean bedding and towels daily, we had a room with a balcony over looking the main street, but was surprisingly very quiet, we slept very well.
we found breakfast amazing, staff were friendly and approachable, great roof sun terrace with sun loungers, small pool and jacuzzi.
check out time is 12pm, but there is a luggage room if your on a later flight home with your own key card for access.
drinks are reasonably priced at hotel bar as we only stayed b&b,there is an all inclusive option, free WiFi across the hotel which worked fine for us throughout.
my only negative is the lifts, as only 2 and only carry 3 people at a time covering 6 floors, so there can be a wait, we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back thank you for a great stay.
