⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding – probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Atrium Platinum in Rhodes is quite simply exceptional. And having travelled reasonably well, that’s saying something. The standout highlights were the food, drinks, and service, but there were so many other touches that made this stay special.
The rooms were spacious, immaculate, beautifully finished, with a lovely view, excellent quality throughout, and a minibar that was restocked daily as part of the all-inclusive. Ordering drinks via the app was incredibly convenient and worked brilliantly.
The all-inclusive represents excellent value once you experience the food quality — this is a hotel that truly takes dining seriously.

The spa on site was excellent, and the location is ideal — right by the sea, an easy promenade walk into a nearby small town, and a very enjoyable longer walk (around 45 minutes) into Rhodes Town itself.
A small downside: the pool was very cold, though this may be intentional due to the intense summer heat (we stayed in October 2025).
Finally, the staff truly elevate this hotel. Special thanks to Julien, Christos, Savvas, and the wonderful room cleaning team — warm, professional, and genuinely lovely people.

Our stay at the Atrium Platinum Hotel in Greece was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had fantastic facilities throughout. The food was exceptional every single day, with plenty of variety and excellent service in all of the restaurants.
A special thank you to Almpi from Chromata, Eftichia from the front desk, Dimitra from Porfyra, and Aggelos from the lobby restaurant for always being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming during our stay.
The biggest thank you goes to Anna from the front desk. She truly made our experience unforgettable. From helping us with our room upgrade to assisting us with anything we needed during our stay, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Anna was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was how engaging and playful she was with my daughter — it was so refreshing and heartwarming to see someone genuinely care about making families feel comfortable and happy.
A huge thank you as well to all the staff at the pool area and both lobby restaurants for their outstanding hospitality and service throughout our holiday. Every member of staff made us feel valued and relaxed.
The atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet comfortable, the cleanliness standards were exceptional, and the attention to detail across the entire resort was second to none. It’s rare to find a hotel where every aspect exceeds expectations, but this one certainly did.
We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greece.

What really stands out at this hotel is the service. From Pauline & Eftichia in customer relations who went the extra mile and made our stay extra special, they were very helpful, kind and caring. To George the bellboy, Chris the waiter around the pool and Dimitra the waitress in Porfyra & Koi, all very friendly and welcoming. The pools are great, the kids loved them and you can order food and drink straight to your sun lounger via the Atrium app. The rooms are big and very clean. And the food and drink is fantastic, especially for an all inclusive. They have a kids club where you can drop off and pick up the kids anytime between 10am and 6pm, no strict schedules/timetable.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Atrium Platinum for a special birthday celebration. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious, very clean and with great sea views. We found the spa facilities to be excellent - the staff were really friendly and professional and the treatments were fabulous. All of the staff in the hotel were also very helpful, polite and friendly. What can I say about the food - well, it was exceptional. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and ate in the main restaurant. The buffet service provided at every meal was imaginative, delicious and had huge variety - I am gluten free and everything was beautifully labelled for clarity. Every evening there was a different themed eating experience too, plus musical entertainment in the main bar in the evening. It is clear that the hotel owners take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. Thank you for creating a fantastic experience for us for a special ocassion.

I'm staying here now and can honestly say this is one of the most amazing hotels i have ever been too,we are all inclusive plus and it's well worth every penny,all top branded drinks,waiter service round the pool it's pure luxury and the food is probably the best ive ever had in a 5 star hotel.

Selection of breads,dips,hummus
Club sandwiches and more also 2 al a carte restaurants you can eat in for lunch and dinner
Ice cream,crepes and waffles station
We are planning to book again as soon as we get home
