For our wedding in Rhodes, we arranged for some of our guests—and our immediate wedding party—to stay at Platinum, a five-star hotel that truly set a new standard for hospitality and luxury. Honestly, it felt like a dream from start to finish.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like royalty. The hotel had everything we could possibly imagine—sumptuous rooms, world-class amenities, and staff who seemed genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable.
What really blew us away was their thoughtfulness: they provided not one, but two additional rooms specifically for the bride and groom to get dressed, relax, and take photos. These rooms were beyond perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light, which made the photos look absolutely stunning.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the comfort, the food, and the elegant ambiance. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the perfectly made beds to the incredible dining options and the luxurious spa.
If you’re looking for a place where every expectation is not just met but exceeded—where you can truly feel pampered—Platinum is it. Thank you for making our wedding experience the stuff of fairy tales. We can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel and even better staff. The location is perfect. Close to Rhodos (old)city, but also a visit to Landos is easy with the relative cheap car rental in the hotel itself.
The food in the buffet restaurant offers a wide variaty of choices. Every day there is another theme. So no need to worry that you eat the same every day. Also they have 4 a la carte restaurants which offer really great quality. The pool is very clean and big. Everything there looks new and the atmosphere is really relaxed. We also visited another hotel, and we we’re happy to come back to ‘our’ hotel. What really made the difference was the great honest friendly staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made you feel at home. And it was no ‘fake’ friendly for a tip. But real honest friendly people. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel as a family couple with our baby, and it was absolutely perfect. We had a suite with a private pool, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — ideal for relaxing with a little one.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the all-inclusive plan made everything seamless and enjoyable. A special highlight was the exceptional service — every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
We highly recommend booking a table at the Koi Restaurant — it was a fantastic dining experience!

Good hotel, with a good location that can access the town easily.
Pros:
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The spa staff were just wonderful, lovely and kind ladies, and the prices were reasonable.
Lounge chairs were comfy.
Arrival transfer was swift and very nice car.
Jetted tub is fantastic.
We were able to get a late checkout which was very appreciated.
Internet was good.
Cons:
The elevators were slow or just didn’t work, so that was a bit frustrating as the buffet and lobby are 8th floor and spa, pool/ beach access was 1st floor.
There was no return transfer.
Suggestions:
Would have appreciated to have a return transfer to the airport, considering it is likely they have to go pick people up anyway.
The breakfast buffet would be better with more hot food options.
It would be nice to have a clothesline or something to hang towels and swimwear.
Maybe provide a bus schedule for people wanting to go into town.

We visited on an all-inclusive package between the 18th to 22nd of April. As we arrived late, the reception gave us a food voucher to order free room service (would’ve been 50% discount for all inclusive guests)
You wouldn’t need room service however, as the food in their main restaurant was excellent. The a la carte restaurants in the hotel offer unique fine dining experience with top quality food which makes you feel like you’re dining in a high-end restaurant.
There is a wide selection of food as well as alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks that you can easily order to your lounger by the pool using the hotel app.
If you wanted to visit the Rhodes old town, it’s only a short taxi ride away.
The service staff were exceptional with the level of hospitality.
Overall, the holiday has been nothing short of spectacular, definitely would visit this hotel or try its sister hotels going by how good this one has been.
