Just back from 10 days at the Atrium and loved it. We used to go to Ikos hotels but they've priced us out now. However we would choose Atrium over Ikos. All inclusive was great, good service, lovely staff who seemed genuinely helpful and eager to please. Spotless rooms, lovely pools, great food and great staff. Only thing we found that if you have a nut allergy they're not very good at splitting the food up away from nuts. I don't know why venues do this but you can have a lovely dessert with no nuts in but then they throw a few on top for decoration. We had to mention this a couple of times and the chef made me something else. Eventually they did label them better and seemed grateful that we pointed it out but something to watch out for. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely like to return.

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family.
A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day.
The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us.
The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy.
The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort.
There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals.
Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes.

Far exceeded my expectations. The staff are so warm and inviting, and truly make you feel valued as an individual.
The resort and facilities are amazing — absolutely everything you need for a wonderful holiday. From the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding service, every detail was exceptional.

An absolutely perfect vacation! The entire staff is super friendly and attentive—from the reception and room service to the restaurant staff and management. They truly make you feel welcome every single day.
The food is a solid 10/10! Even though we could have tried the other restaurants, we ended up at the main buffet every day. It was so fantastic, varied, and delicious that we just didn’t want to go anywhere else. From breakfast to dinner, simply top-notch.
The location is also great. It takes a maximum of 2 minutes to walk to the pebble beach, and you don’t even have to leave the hotel grounds. While there isn't too much to explore within walking distance around the hotel, you can easily take the bus to Lindos—a beautiful, historic Greek village with amazing sights like the famous Acropolis.
The resort itself leaves nothing to be desired. Between the pool bars and beach bars (which also serve delicious food in the afternoon), playgrounds, and plenty of sports activities, it’s the perfect place to shape your holiday. Eat, workout, relax—what more could you ask for?
The rooms are nice and very clean, but to be fair, they are a little dated. The showers are quite old and you have to shower in a bathtub. In my opinion, that doesn’t quite match today’s modern standard, but that’s complaining at a very high level. Since the rooms were always spotless, the minibar was constantly refilled, and everything else was perfect, I see no reason for a point deduction.

10/10 Stay!
The staff were so helpful with arranging boat tours, taxis and helping us navigate public transport. The facilities at the resort were great too.
The resort is a short bus ride away from the main Lindos town so it was easy to travel between the two.
Highly recommend for a relaxing break!
