Our first time staying here and visiting Marmaris. Everyone are so welcoming and friendly always polite nothings ever too much. Rooms cleaned often fresh bedding and towels. Supermarket on site lovely eating area and quiet pool area. Will definitely return. Close to all all shops, shopping strip and beaches with many taxi available. Thanks the Lamb/Wilson Family

One of the worst hotel I use in my life , no one smile in your face all of them angry , room it was not good at all. The bed is not comfortable. If you’re looking for good experience pay more like 20$ extra and found something more good The only thing good is the pool 😶‍🌫️ .

We where here for 5 days and ended up moving to another hotel across the road. we where in a room on the top floor and the room was unbearably hot, stuffy and the lighting was dire as there where no ceiling lights only small shaded wall lights which hardly gave off any light, also the air conditioning unit we paid for but it was pointless as it was located in a corner and pointed towards the ground... we did ask to move rooms upon arriving but there was no availability, we also could not access wifi comfortably in our room as we couldn't connect from the top floor room. Also would like to address the lack of power sockets in the room, there where only two power sockets so we couldn't have the fan (additional charge) on at the same time as charging mobiles and hair straighteners, luckily we did ask the receptionist for an extension lead which she kindly allowed us to borrow for the duration of our stay... but on day four we had had enough and decided to check out early and relocated to an establishment across the road which was far more adequate. yes it was budget and we expecting just the basics we wouldn't book here for future holidays.

Great location but very basic beds rock hard no kettle & toaster which would expect in self catering bar manager is very nice when spending money in bar otherwise he’s very rude . Really the whole building needs to be refurbished it’s very run down I was there 3years ago the sun beds were falling apart then there still the same grubby old covers on sun beds still the same as 3 year ago needs new everything . Was there for 4 weeks in July 2019
