We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was excellent.
Very clean and tidy, lovely facilities and plenty of space.
Staff very welcoming, friendly and will go the extra mile to make your stay special.
Pool and beach lovely. Food was good with some separate restaurants available to book instead of the inclusive buffet on site too.
It is a little way out of the main town, but a cheap and easy taxi ride gets you there in no time. Not much else around the hotel.

My girlfriend and I booked this «5 star hotel» so we could have a really nice stay with no hassle or worries. We thought it was worth the extra money going for something we thought was a 5 star experience.
We have been a lot of places, in many hotels and countries. I can easily say that this has nothing to do with anything close to a 5 star hotel unfortunately. Maybe a 3 star hotel when they acutally try. I can see that this hotel has a lot of good reviews, and I understand that there must be a lot of usual «charter tourists» traveling to this hotel, probably used to way much lower standards, and it’s probably their first «5 star» hotel experience in Crete/Greece, hence the good reviews. It’s a popular destination, but that is only because of the location, nature and weather. No one in this hotel can provide this(if you understand what I mean). You can’t sell the weather or nature, and call it «5 stars».
I expect more when I’m paying this much for a week stay and especially after noticing them that it was multiple things that wasn’t ok. Considering this, they actually tried making it better, but whats the difference when they don’t have the ability to provide anything better, because the standards are low anyways. It almost got annoying that they tried in a very strained way. Suddenly there was some cheap wine provided in our room , even if we did not want anyone to enter the room when we were gone for dinner in Chania.
I could accept the conditions if it wasn’t priced the way it was. But we actually feel that we got fooled by the pictures, the information about the stay and services etc. It did not live up to the expectations. So if you’re a «well traveled» person/couple/family, and know what a real 5 star hotel is, this is not recommended.
We did a mistake using VING booking this trip. They advertised this hotel as the best etc. They have not responded on our feedback at all about the stay we had. BIG red flag.

We stayed at this hotel from the 1st to 15th September. It is our second visit. The hotel has changed slightly somethings for the better and some things not so. Fresh ice cold water was available anywhere within the hotel and around the pool areas, great idea and very environmental, no need for plastic bottles. The hotel is spotless, plenty of sunbeds available, clean towels supplied daily. Waiter service at all sunbeds. Lucas in the main restaurant was very polite and could not do enough for guests. Goran in the main bar was extremely helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lovely time, food was good, plenty of choice for anyone.

Fantastic high quality hotel/resort.
Right on the beach, which is a lovely, sandy beach with a long shallow drop off into the sea, perfect for swimming and bathing. A really nice touch is that the hotel have their own sun beds on the beach for their guests (usually in Greece you have to rent sun beds on the beach).
The hotel has several pools, which were large and a delight to swim in. There was an abundance of sun beds available around the pool areas and on the beach.
My wife & I stayed for week. We opted for only the breakfast included (all inclusive is an option, but we prefer to dine out and visit different restaurants). So I can't comment on the dinner meals, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh food, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, a huge selection of hot & cold dishes, as well as a made to order omelette station.
The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. The staff were very through with cleaning every day. The bed was comfortable and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, had great English and were always cheerful. They made our stay a joy.
Highly recommended and we would definitely be interested to return again.

We have been staying in this hotel for 1 week with my husband and everything was amazing. When we came, they told us that they have upgraded our room for free and we had own entrance to the swimming pool 😍
On the beach near the sea there were always enough sunbeds for everyone.
Staff was always very friendly.
We had half board stay and we were allowed to chose freely either we want to have breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was really great, very big variety of food. Lunch and dinner also was very nice, big choice and food was different each day.
The room was very clean and staff come to clean it every day and also in evenings to clean it a little.
The hotel is very close to the town but it is very calm in the hotel at the same time.
Several times a week they have live music in bars which was also very nice.
It was very good experience and we would come to this hotel one more time ☺️
