You enter and see an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfasts and dinners for everyone, delicious, fresh. All the wait staff are accessible, helpful. Everyone at the reception is also helpful, especially Fernando, never forgotten. Room with a beautiful view, kitchen, beautiful bathroom, cleaned every day. Also the pool is great and clean. The singer and guitar player is top-notch, especially when he whistles. Excellent experience, if we return to Tenerife, we will come to you!!!

Lovely hotel! We got room 400 on the 4th floor, with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing—always making sure the poolside was tidy and that everyone had umbrellas.
The village is quiet, with just a few restaurants and bars, so if you're looking for nightlife, this may not be the place for you. That said, we had a great time!

Gorgeous hotel sitting right on the coast with stunning sunsets looking towards La Gomera.
Food pretty good, rooms excellent and cleaned daily. Staff were simply outstanding.
The area itself would suit folks looking for a quieter holiday but still plenty places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk. Not a lot for kids to do though but everything we needed to entertain them was only a short bus trip away and the bus service is very good.
Would definitely go back as a couple - teenagers and younger kids would probably like somewhere a bit busier.

One of the best Hotels. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and peaceful Hotel. The food is very good, the jamon and the fresh fruit are a dream. The service is perfect and also the Amstel Beer smells fine. We thank you for allowing us to be your guests. Please stay as you are.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is beautiful, there were several issues that made my stay less than pleasant.
Lack of Air Conditioning: The room didn’t have an air conditioner, and even though we were there last month when the temperatures weren’t too high, I can imagine how uncomfortable it would be during the hotter months. There was just an old fan, which I don’t believe would be sufficient during Tenerife's 40°C summer heat.
Poor Bathroom Ventilation and Shower Design: The bathroom has no ventilation, and the shower design is problematic. Water ends up flooding the floor, which can be slippery and dangerous. Be careful not to slip and hurt yourself!
Outdated Room: The room itself is quite outdated and could use some updates. It felt like the hotel hasn't invested in maintenance for some time.
Unwelcome Guests: I was surprised to find cockroaches in the room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, I was told not to worry, but it was certainly unsettling.
While the location is the only positive aspect of this hotel, I would recommend looking for alternatives. There are better options available for this price range. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.
