Very friendly staff and a very clean hotel. Food seems an unusual set up with a menu and part buffet for all inclusive guests but generally we found something to eat. Only on one occasion I asked several times for a well done cheeseburger (that particular day nothing else really appealed) and after returning twice for being rather pink in the middle I gave up. When there was Entrecote I asked for it to be cooked a lot more and they happily obliged. Only Spanish holiday I've ever experienced where at least one evening Paella wasn't a menu or buffet choice. A little too far out of the main attractions with very little to do without expensive taxi journeys or car hire. If you want to just sit by a pool for a quiet week you're on a winner here. Great attraction for us was the lift into the pool for disabled / wheelchair user which staff were always happy to assist with very little fuss which sometimes makes these things more embarrassing for the user than necessary.

DISGUSTING. NOT worth 4 stars (3 with tolerance) and NOT suitable for families. We had an apartment facing the street, horribly noisy until 1am from restaurants downstairs, anf also during the night. Our little one was unable to keep his normal sleeping schedule. We asked for a change of room, offering to pay even double. The answer was a lie first (we don’t have anything), then the staff became unpleasant when we told them we just saw empty rooms (the man at the reception was raising the voice at me - perhaps this is how he was educated, to raise voice at women customers - unacceptable!!!). Food is average at its best (don’t even try coffee or juices - my son had a stomach disorder after drinking their artificial juices from the machine). Apartments are very spacious, however ours was like an oven, day and night. The strongest point was cleanliness (I am ironic!). We never saw so much hair in a bathroom when you just check in to a hotel room. Bathrooms are in their “juice” (not renovated in the last 30-40 years) - old and dirty. DISGUSTING! Same for rooms, tired and dirty. Our bed sheets (changed!!!) we’re simply disgusting - photo attached, dubious spots (feces most probably) and black strong hair (we have blond and red hair only in the family, no one has black hair). Photo talks for itself. This is the impression with which we leave this hotel. DISGUSTING. Even if we paid for a week, we will just quit tomorrow first thing and go to another hotel. We don’t want to ruin our holidays by staying here.

This is more like a 3 star hotel. Big cons: no AC in the rooms, we had the afternoon sun and it overheated. Breakfast was quite poor for that price, bad coffee, machine-made juice and no olives. A bit far from center and shopping. Building is old. Pros: amazing sea view, nice customer service. There are a handful of nice restaurants with in 100m and very nice beach. Overall we were okay but the place needs improvements.

I recently spent a delightful week at this hotel, and I couldn't wait to share my experience! Everything met my expectations, but what truly blew me away was the pool—it exceeded all my imagination! The panoramic view was simply breathtaking.
The hotel itself was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the highlight of it all was undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. Whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation. It's an experience you won't want to miss!

In general, nice rooms, but windows and blinds need service. Everyone wants you to feel welcome and appreciated. Food is overall good and og nice variation. Some dishes tend to be overcooked, though! Eg well done, entrecote or tuna cooked to death.
