Honest review: I had a fabulous stay at the hotel.
Positives:
- Amazing team! Everyone did a great job. Patricia at reception was always smiling. Fernando, who works at the restaurant, showed great commitment to excellence making sure everything was perfect! The team member in the pool area was really kind ensuring that guests had an umbrella by their lounger.
- Great for a relaxing stay, no need to rush in the mornings to secure loungers.
- The location is good for walks on the cliffs. Strongly suggest visiting La Libelula on the other side and a nice cocktail bar, called Eden, which had nice evening entertainment (a saxophone player). The hotel is in close proximity to a supermarket.
-The hotel has fantastic sea views. I enjoyed watching the sunrises, sunsets and hearing the sound of the sea.
- Food was varied and of good quality. Salad bar during lunch and dinner. Good selection of meats.
-There is a great terrace on the top floor to star gaze at night. Really worth visiting.
Negatives:
-Rooms are a little outdated (but have self-catering facilities)
-Rooms don't have air conditioning, our bedroom had a fan.
-Not much entertainment.
-The orange juice in the morning buffet.
-The all inclusive cocktails and wines are from a machine but you are able to purchase drinks at an additional cost.
Overall, it was a fabulous stay. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to be able to visit again in the near future.

Wow. Loved this amazing hotel. Me and my partner wanted a relaxed holiday and we found this little gem. Reception staff were amazing and friendly. Pool/restaurant staff were somewhat friendly. Food was lovely and well prepared. The singer every other night was amazing and really fitted the relaxing vibe of the hotel.. The location is amazing was able to go out to the local pub and watch the football and pop to the local shops etc for gifts. The room was amazing and well cleaned with a beautiful view of the black sand beach and the sea. The lack of air conditioning doesn’t matter if you open the balcony door because you also get the sounds of the waves which were so relaxing. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return in the near future. The best holiday I’ve ever had and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Came and stayed here for 7 nights with my father and son (9) hotel is very well maintained throughout and kept clean at all times. Staff go above and beyond and are very attentive, from when you arrive at reception, through to the dining area, the bar and the cleaners. Every member of staff plays an important role. If you’re looking for something laid back and chilled then this is the place for you. Nice swimming pool. Shops and lovely restaurants across the road. If you’re looking for a more club environment then that’s about 20 minutes away. Taxi’s are always available and it’s definitely worth going all inclusive here. Thanks to everyone at the Atlantic hotel.

Beautiful hotel, peaceful and tranquil. We had a room with a sea view. Listening to the waves crash off the rocks, perfect sunsets. Well situated. Rooms were clean and well equipped for self catering. Staff were polite and helpful.
Salt water pool was an unexpected experience but actually very refreshing and pleasant.

You enter and see an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfasts and dinners for everyone, delicious, fresh. All the wait staff are accessible, helpful. Everyone at the reception is also helpful, especially Fernando, never forgotten. Room with a beautiful view, kitchen, beautiful bathroom, cleaned every day. Also the pool is great and clean. The singer and guitar player is top-notch, especially when he whistles. Excellent experience, if we return to Tenerife, we will come to you!!!
