Wonderful hotel. We stayed here with our 2 children. The downside for us is that we had 2 connecting family rooms but which were both double beds and my 16 year old daughter did not wish to share a bed with her 7 year old brother so this was a huge problem for us. The gardens and pools are beautiful but we didn't find the pools very child friendly for young children as they were quite deep. My 7 year old loved the games room though. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and all the hotel staff were lovely. The restaurants we found were very over priced though.

I've visited this hotel many times over the years and it is our family favorite, especially with a 5 year old child. There's easy access to Terra Mítica and Terra Natura if you want some excitement but the hotel has enough to do, it's a good place if you want some peace.
The kids club is awesome with daily activities and a playground. The food is outstanding with different themed buffets daily as well as set menu restaurants. The rooms are luxuriously furnished, with wonderful views and I've stayed in most of the rooms including the suites. The kids pool is heated, there's also an indoor spa but it's adults only.
There's no low points, (except that now I measure the level of service against every other hotel and they don't compare)
Tips : In the summer months, upgrade your room so you get access to the VIP areas as it can be very crowded. VIP has poolside bar service, private breakfast room and many other extras you won't normally receive.

SPA NOT RECOMMENDED & ROOM NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. We stayed in a suite with hot tub. The first night, there was a pubic hair in the bath. Okay, so we overlooked that. My partner had a bath the first night, and the bath wasn't cleaned afterwards. Bath crystals weren't replenished, although the towels were. The lighting was really poor which made it hard to get ready and there was no air conditioning either. We were offered a stand up fan instead. No cold bottled water left, just lukewarm in the room, and £2700 for just 3 nights hmmmm! There was only one restaurant open the first night, the service was really poor. Really slow and it wasn't even busy. Regarding the spa, my partner had a cranial massage. As we arrived at reception, a blonde lady and another employee stood blocking the reception door for a good 5 minutes just chatting. Great start. Then we walked in and the receptionist was on the phone, no acknowledgement, so we stood there further. My partner asked for his feet not to be touched repeatedly, this was ignored, possibly due to the language barrier. Finally, the cranial massage was quite a joke with no benefits. We informed reception who kindly informed us that 135euros was still to be paid. We gave the hotel opportunity to refund just the one massage, this wasn't granted which is pretty poor really. I asked for it to be sorted at checkout, and the lady then said she didn't have to authority to do so and promised to get me an email. She didn't. So I'm not happy with the outcome - overall, not on par with the experience 10 years ago. You'd expect better service levels with it being out of season, but the grounds are stunning.

Just spent 4 days there. Excellent hotel, very well treated by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Buffet was excellent and great choice. The place was spotless. Took a taxi into Benidorm. Thought €14 was reasonable. Pools are plentiful and loads of sun beds and. Thoroughly recommend 😁😁

Beautiful hotel in amazing and expansive grounds. Hard to get a full impression as we went off season in October when several of the restaurants and pools were closed (or working in rotation). Food that we had was very good, service was great. Room was a little tired and quite basic but had a lovely balcony with great views.
