The only thing good about this hotel is the view and size of room.
Had a 3 night weekend break with my partner.
When we arrived at 11am (booked through Jet 2)
We were not allowed to enter our room until 3pm - first issue.
The spa was not stated as a separate price so this was also another issue. As this cost £1800.00 to stay.
The food was absolutely atrocious, cold and not any variety at all!! With raw chicken!! When I told the receptionist about this he was very disinterested and just said ok it was only until another member of staff spoke in Spanish to him he listened as clearly other people have already complained.
So not only did we pay for this we also had to pay for meals out.
Rude staff not accommodating at all considering we traveled and could not enter our room they didn’t let us use their facilities.
They once in the room the shower was either freezing or boiling hot no In between!
The location is terrible there is nothing around to do. It is not a tourist place. And if you are English you will be treated very differently to the locals - not in a good way. They will go around asking the locals if they would like a drink yet we had to get up and get one.
It was that bad my partner had to book another hotel in Puerto del Carmen to get some sort of holiday.
From the reviews that we saw we thought we would of had a very different experience.
The only way I could describe this is a premier inn with an indoor swimming pool.
This should not be a 5* hotel at all.
Very disappointed at the amount of money spent to be treated this way and to have very very poor food.
Have had much better food which is actually cooked and hot in a 3* hotel!!
I am really not a person to complain but people need real honest reviews before booking and experience the same things we have.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE ENGLISH AND WANT ANY ATMOSPHERE AROUND!!

From the second we walked through the door we were met with exceptionally kind treatment. The lady that checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful and she also offered me a glass of wine while we waited for the room.
The hotel itself is very clean and I am a perfectionist. We had a gorgeous room with a beautiful view!
The breakfast was totally delicious and we also took ourselves to the top floor bar for a drink where there was live music. Gracias! 🫶🏻☺️

Great experience we had in this hotel,exceptionally located in the most beautiful area of Arrecife, in the promenade, in front of 'Islote de Fermina' and beside the Reducto beach. Modern furniture, comfortable bed, and spacious rooms. Maybe we missed the 'bidet', I don't understand why some modern hotels don't have it. Friendly staff, good facilities: indoor swimming pool (but covered by glass, so you have the impression of staying outside), and spa ( pay per use).
Good option if you can spend more than 200€ per night. The breakfast is very good and the dinner (in buffet mode as the breakfast) is a good option, especially if you reserve more than one.

Our last day at this Nice hotel, very close to airport, rooms are average and bed & pillows are very uncomfortable. As far as 5 star hotels go I would have to say definitely not a 5 star unfortunately. Lifts to and from rooms are a bit annnoying and have you waiting a while on most occasions. Food at the buffet is far from 5* hotel quality, worst I’ve had in a 5* but will do. They do not offer all inclusive which is probably not a bad thing. The pool area is beautiful, we enjoyed the restaurant blue 17 at the top for stunning views, reception area is lovely. Location is right on a beautiful beach but if you want nightlife and shops Arrecife is not the area, you need to go to Puerto del Carmen for that which we discovered on the last day! Weather has been nice overall, sometimes windy and cloudy but mostly sunshine and warmth. If you are used to 5* hotels don’t go with expectations, you’ll be disappointed. Would recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing break in a nice location.

Went here for one week for friends birthday.
Firstly the views from my room were absolutely spectacular and I do highly recommend ocean view rooms here.
All staff were pleasant, friendly and professional. They really did make the stay special for the birthday celebrations.
There were issues with dry cleaning as it is outsourced outside the hotel but the staff did their best.
