Overall, Arnor Deluxe offers a good stay with a strong location and decent value, but there are some things that could be improved.
The location is excellent, close to Side Old Town, the city center, and nearby shops. The hotel shop owner was especially friendly and honest, which was a nice surprise. Some staff members were also very welcoming, especially the lifeguard, who was friendly and even spoke a few words of Estonian.
However, the hotel itself feels somewhat worn out, with signs that it hasn’t been refurbised in a while. The rooms are quite basic and not very well designed, especially the bathroom setup, which lacks privacy due to frosted glass and missing door locks.
Service quality is inconsistent. While some staff are helpful, communication can be difficult as English is limited and russian is often prioritized. The bar experience depends on the bartender, with drinks ranging from well-made to poorly made.
Food quality is acceptable or rather good for an all-inclusive hotel but varies alot. Some dishes are good, while others are less enjoyable. The a la carte restaurant was average, although service there was good. Snack times (like ice cream and waffles) are quite short and could be improved. I also once found a bug in the nuts from the lobby bar, which was not very pleasant.
The water slides are fun but feel a bit rough and could be better maintained, as they shake and leak in places. The orange slide had a very low roof section, and I actually hit my head and back on it which wasn’t great. At one point after riding, some hair even came out from my scalp, which was pretty concerning and made it feel a bit unsafe.
Also, the cleaning service was a bit dissapointing. No towel art was made during the stay, which was a shame. I even made a funny towel figure myself and left a bigger tip, but still nothing. I also enjoyed the music playlist around the hotel, at night and especially the in the corridors/outdoor areas near the rooms, which added a nice atmosphere.
Overall, despite the downsides, I still had a good experience thanks to the location, some friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere. With a few improvements, this hotel could be much better.

We are from the UK and have stayed here as a family or 4 (2 children under 10).
Firstly the positives - the hotel is super clean, lovely layout, plenty of bars, bedrooms are cleaned daily, lovely spa area and indoor pool, my kids absolutely loved the water slides! I really enjoyed the food also - fresh gozleme and waffles made daily in the snack bar until late afternoon. Dinner is a bit samey but still delicious and lots of choice for adults and children. The location is fab - close walk to the old town and a few smaller shops about 1km away.
A few minor negatives which meant an over all 4 star review. Firstly very strict timings for restaurant - if you're later than 8.30pm for dinner there is nothing until 10pm from which late snacks start. It was the same for breakfast stopping at 8.30am on the dot but this seemed to ease up a bit towards the end of our holiday. Service isn't great in the main restaurant - nobody really asks you if you want a drink and it can be difficult to find a table initially.
Entertainment for kids didn't appear to be that great other than kids club which mine were not keen to go to.
Overall we still had a lovely and relaxing holiday and I found the holiday good value for money.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Reception and concierge are very helpful. Helped deliver luggage to the rooms and allowed us to print off our boarding passes. Rooms were lovely and clean. Wish I could take the shower home with me! Food choices were great with a variety each day, never ran out for majority of the stay.
Entertainment was good as well, mix for both kids and adults throughout. Burak and Sybil were great engaging guests in the daily darts games. Looked forward to that each day. Entire stay is worth the money. We also went in low season and the standard was kept high. No complaints.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always kept spotless, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
A special mention goes to Berkan, Ferhat, and Mahmut, whose warmth, dedication, and genuine care truly elevated my stay. Their hospitality made me feel not just like a guest, but part of the hotel family.
The hotel also offers a wide range of activities and opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the pool, join organized events, or simply unwind in the beautiful surroundings, there’s always something to do.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks to the amazing staff and the variety of experiences available, my visit was not only comfortable but truly memorable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic holiday experience.

We finished our 9-day stay at this hotel today, and in my opinion, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I know many people may disagree with my review, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Perhaps this will help some people decide whether this hotel is worth booking for their holiday. If you’re planning a family holiday with children, don’t expect any “wow” entertainment. The main entertainer seemed completely uninterested in the kids. The evening entertainment lasted no more than 15 minutes, and overall the animation team looked like they were there against their will. Also, don’t be misled by all the great promotional videos you can find online about this hotel. The food selection was limited, and there were huge queues for almost everything. I also had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to Russian guests. We bought an SPF sunscreen in the hotel shop that was supposed to cost €5, but nearly €50 was charged to our card. The shop assistant is very friendly and persuasive, so make sure you check the price carefully before paying. We also had an unpleasant experience with a staff member from the spa. A tall man working there became very rude and arrogant after we told him we were not interested in any massages. He then told us that we were not allowed to use the indoor pool because it was supposedly being disinfected. We eventually had to speak with the hotel manager because the spa employee and the lifeguard were giving us completely different information. Of course, it turned out that the pool was open and guests were allowed to use it. We felt that his attitude changed because we declined his offer. For eight days, we did not see any lifeguards at either the main pool or the beach. The only lifeguard present was at the water slides. I would also like to mention the restaurant staff, who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The vast majority of the waiters and waitresses were genuinely kind, professional, and always willing to assist guests. Unfortunately, the main restaurant manager at the entrance gave a completely different impression. Her facial expressions and attitude often seemed unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable before even entering the restaurant. We also wanted to extend the use of our room on the last day of our stay and were informed that this was not possible due to a lack of availability. What was surprising, however, was that shortly afterwards some acquaintances of ours asked about a late check-out and were immediately offered the option to keep their room for longer. This left us feeling that the rules were not applied consistently to all guests. On the positive side, the beach staff were very friendly and helpful. Guests receive towel cards, so there is no need to bring your own towels if you don’t want to. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the towels are changed daily. If you’re booking through Jet2, the Comfort rooms face the pool, while the Standard rooms face the street (at least that was the case during our stay). To sum up, in our opinion this hotel deserves no more than 3–4 stars, certainly not 5. If anyone has any questions about our stay, feel free to ask.
