The hotel was overall okay. It was good for kids, with a playground, kids’ club, and a water park, which kept them entertained. Our room had a very convenient location – close to everything and on the ground floor, which made things much easier with small children. The balcony with sun loungers was also a nice bonus.
However, the food was disappointing. The quality was low, often tasteless, and quite repetitive from day to day. Despite having all-inclusive, many things weren’t actually included, such as iced coffee, certain drinks, and even pool towels came with an extra charge, which felt strange.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but we wouldn’t return. For the price we paid, we know we could get more value at other hotels

The facility was very modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade we received upon arrival. Although the hotel is not located directly on the beach, there is convenient beach access provided through a third-party company.
There was really nothing I didn’t like about the stay, but I do wish there was a town within walking distance for a bit more variety and convenience.

Always smiling and helpful on each step, reception, swimming pool, bars, room service - everything was fantastic. I can recommend this place with a hand on my heart and definitely will come back one day.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The service is beyond amazing – whether it’s the kind staff at reception, the friendly bar crew, the helpful team by the pools, or the wonderful entertainment crew, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
The rooms are super clean, cozy, and well-kept. The food? Absolutely delicious – every meal felt like a treat, with lots of variety and great quality. 🍽️
There’s on-site parking, which made things really easy for us. The kids’ clubs and daily activities were top-notch – our children had a blast every single day! 🎉 And the nightly shows? Fun, energetic, and different each evening. The entertainment team really brings the place to life. 💃🕺
This hotel is perfect for families with kids – we felt relaxed while the kids were having the time of their lives.
