Great hotel, rooms are great clean and staff are friendly. Massive beds a little hard but I slept well. Pillows rather small and needed folding to give proper comfort. Food was good and usually a good selection. Pool bar snacks were good but often unavailable so need to keep returning to see if more available. Drinks were available at all times and were acceptable. I drink ale and had to leave hotel to get a drink. Perhaps having a range of drinks at an extra cost could be provided to cater for this. The entertainment guys were excellent and very energetic, staff all friendly and we also befriended the hotel cat

I stayed here from the 9th to the 23rd July. The bad points? I didn't find one. This is a very well put together hotel. The owners must be doing something right as the staff here are the best. The staff will do anything to make your stay a good one. I will be going back sometime in November as it's going over to adults only. Is this a good move for them? Time will tell. The do have other hotels that do have children, but this one will be adults only after 1st November. I looking forward to standing up on stage and throwing a few naughty jokes out after a few beers. To me this is a hotel not to miss out on.

Clean, spacious room. Food was decent but not much choice. Staff in the restaurant were a bit snappy. There was lots of entertainment during the day, however the guy was a bit pushy with joining in when we just wanted to sunbathe and chill. Overall had a great time though.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Alex in reception had all 7 of the family checked in quickly and was professional and courteous throughout.
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and featured a large comfortable bed, warm powerful showers which are well lit with plenty of wardrobe space.
The food in the restaurant was of high quality, varied each night (including themed nights) extremely well presented and tasted out of this world.
The staff provided excellent service throughout from reception, bar & restaurant, housekeeping and the entertainment team. They really do work tirelessly around the clock to ensure a stress free and thoroughly enjoyable holiday, nothing is too much hassle for them. A special mention must go to Hannah in the pool bar. Her customer service knows no bounds, she is constantly smiling, always on the go and a joy to have met. (try the Dark Rum and Fanta Orange over ice) Stefanos from the entertainments team I can honestly say is a subject matter expert where energetic fun is concerned. He really made the days at the pool both entertaining and memorable. The daily Water Polo matches are a must!
The pool area includes 3 pools, is well laid out and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotels location is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, 10 minutes to the Clock Tower market officially known as 'Villa Comercial El Campanario' (worth a visit on a Sunday & Thursday) and 20 minutes to the town main street.
All in all, we were sorry to leave the Hotel Arena Suite last week after an incredible fortnight away. I can highly recommend booking a holiday there and we as a family cannot wait to return soon! Thank you.

Stayed 10 nights all inclusive in a pool view room.
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant and pool bar were all helpful and efficient. The animation team did their best to get people to join in games.
We thought the buffet was good for all inclusive with the selection of hot and cold dishes available.
Beer and wine, hot and cold drinks were self serve which saved queuing at the pool bar.
Never had any problems getting a sun lounger at the pool and the beach is only a few minutes walk.
Small shopping centre with bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk or 20ish minutes to the town.
General atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
