I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the pool terrace, thanks to the incredible service from Karenth and Viktor. They truly went above and beyond to make our time special. The drinks were excellent—perfectly made and served with care—and their friendly, welcoming attitude made all the difference.
Karenth and Viktor created such a great atmosphere with their professionalism and genuinely warm hospitality. They were attentive without being intrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed while keeping the vibe relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re visiting the pool terrace, you’re in great hands with them. Outstanding service, great drinks, and a super pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended!

I always enjoy the activities given by Eugenia. She is so sweet and nice! She always do her best for everyone. The yoga classes, dance classes, pilates, karaoke, bingo, Darts, biljart, etc. She is the best animator!! Highly recommend to participatie in anything she organizes 😀🧡

The location and building were absolutely beautiful, it was a less than 5 minute walk to get to the nearby beach and boardwalk strip. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service even better! The staff were kind and knowledgeable, their hospitality was top notch!
There were lots of things to do both in and around the hotel, and they took fantastic care of our group. Everything was well organized and maintained, I don’t think we could have found anything better!

Spa review. Booking through the website using a gift voucher is not possible. We also couldn’t get through by phone, as no one answered. We eventually managed to make contact via email. I wrote a message to book a specific massage for Saturday at 7:00 PM — it’s worth noting that in the online booking system, this time slot was shown as available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, I received a reply saying they could book me for 10:00 AM only. No alternative time, date, or explanation was offered.
When I sent another message saying that Sunday at 10:00 AM would be more convenient, but if there was no other option then Saturday would still work, I again received a response confirming Saturday at 10:00 AM — no discussion at all, even though the booking system once again showed availability throughout the entire next day.
When I arrived for a €92 massage, no one even asked if I would like something to drink — not even water, which is standard in other spas, and even at places like a doctor’s office, dentist, hairdresser, or beauty salon. There was zero hospitality. After waiting, I was taken to the room where the massage would take place, and this was the biggest surprise — for a four-star hotel, I did not expect the massage to be in what looked like a storage closet in the basement. I’m attaching a photo so as not to be unfair — it was very disappointing.
Especially since the person performing the massage was kind and actually did a very good job. However, considering the issues with booking, the lack of flexibility or communication from the person handling reservations, the absence of hospitality, and the appearance of the massage room, I would not choose to visit this spa again.

A wonderful hotel with great service. The room was large and clean, and I was given one with a sea view. Great breakfast and spa. They also allowed a late check-out with no questions asked. Well done — highly recommended.
