A great option for families in the Algarve, especially during holidays. 👍
We visited on January 1st (public holiday) and were pleasantly surprised that it was open — definitely a big plus and gave our child a very fun and memorable day.
A few things worth noting for first-time visitors:
Lockers are NOT included with the ticket.
Even though we bought tickets online, we only found out at the changing area that lockers require a separate payment (€3 + €3 deposit). We had to go back outside to the counter to handle this. Clearer instructions in advance would help a lot.
Time limit feels a bit short.
The ticket seems to allow around 3 hours, which can feel rushed with kids. A longer option, such as a half-day or full-day pass, would be much appreciated.
Facilities need some attention.
In the men’s changing room, there were only two hair dryers and neither was working. Given this is a basic necessity, maintenance here should be improved.
Overall, a fun and well-designed indoor water park, especially good for kids and bad-weather days. With clearer information and a few facility improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

I went during the off season so I’m not sure how busy it gets during the holidays. It’s a very kidfriendly place but they also have spa facilities for adults only which is a nice touch. They’ve got about five different water slides, but be preparedthere are loads of stairs to climb, so you’ll be knackered after a couple of rounds.
The staff mostly speak English which is really helpful. You do have to pay for a locker when you arrive and they seem pretty strict with the time slots so I’d recommend booking at least a 2 hour session. I’m fairly active but I was done in about an hour and 45 minutes.
The facilities are clean throughout. They have individual changing rooms along with separate male and female toilets. For adults there’s a huge jacuzzi, a steam room, sauna, ice bath and a heated tiled relaxation room which is a really nice.
Overall, it’s a really solid water park doesn’t feel like much needs improving. It’s definitely worth the price if you want a productive and fun couple of hours.

Great day out! Big waterpark with absolutely loads of slides. The rollercoasters were great too! Whole place was really clean, good food options + range of things to do. Was really quiet when we visited mid May so we practically walked straight onto every slide/ride. Only downside was the lazy river was full of large ants sitting on the water that bit us!

March 2026 holiday visit during bad weather – this was the only park open, which worked well for us. The indoor pools are heated, which makes a big difference when it’s chilly outside.
Entry is charged in 2-hour blocks (€30 per adult, €15 for kids over 2). Towels and lockers cost extra. We paid for 3 hours, but honestly 2 hours would have been enough.
Lots of fun inside, and enough changing rooms with shower hair dryer and changing mat for infants but be aware there are in-house photographers offering to take pictures (optional, but you pay if you want them).
Food court on the 1st floor was disappointing – staff seemed unhelpful, the margarita pizza was poor, and they struggled with a simple request for English tea.

Amazing experience, Loads of fun rides for friends. Great value too! Highly recommend for anyone visiting! Great views when going up stairs to the slides.
There's things for all ages and as a non confident swimmer I felt totally safe on all slides/rides. There's no changing room but the toilet is close by to the lockers. You do pay a 5 Euro deposit for the lockers which does get refunded.
