Fantastic experience, booked tickets in advance for a cheaper price, everything was clean, didn't have to wait long for the slides, staff were really nice and patient, spacious everywhere. Loads of fun! Well worth every penny

I would recommend booking the 3 hours because time starts ticking as soon as your ticket is scanned, the price difference to 2 hours isn't significant for what you gain.
We brought our own towels. We rented two lockers. Don't forget to take the wristband back to get your deposit. There's a cafe that you can access via some stairs from reception, so if you have some people in your party that don't or can't swim they can pass time here. The food is decent and not overly expensive.
My husband used the spa facilities but I didn't.
The outdoor slides were not in use when we went as we were a couple of weeks early to when they open so I can't comment.
Indoors was pretty busy but they have sections for younger and older children, although below 9 they require an adult with.
My 9 year old tried everything on offer. She enjoyed herself. Lots of people had waterproof protection for their phones, so consider this. It makes taking your own pictures less worrisome.
Otherwise they offer pictures you can buy that are taken by their own staff. I'm not sure of the pricing.
We didn't go during peak season so waiting times were none or reasonable.
I think for older children 12 and above, the outdoor area has definitely more to offer but there are some indoor slides that are quite thrilling.
Give yourself 20-30 minutes to change back so don't leave at your designated time on the dot. It's possible you might be charged for overstaying.
You can get stamped to go out with the option to come back within your allotted time.
Yes I would recommend but expect to pay about €120 for a family of 4

A great place for everyone to spend the whole day, so many water slides and rides to choose from. Worth the money. Fantastic day out, place is really clean and tidy.

Great water park, but the queues for some of the slides are long, you have to wait 10 minutes

We love this waterpark! It was our second year in the Algarve and we had to go back to this waterpark!
We booked our tickets online and got to the park half an hour before opening - there was already a queue to get in which was huge by 10am, but lots of entry gates and everyone was in very quickly.
Although it was very busy, it never felt overcrowded. Got straight on some rides first thing, queues got longer but didn't have to wait too long (we did avoid a couple of slides that looked slower).
Absolute favourite is the roller coaster, queue always quick, and a great ride that was worth the wait, we went on it 5 times!
My children also enjoyed the scarier slides, like the ones that looked vertical, I'm sure 6 year olds wouldn't be allowed on in England!
Burgers at lunch time were actually decently priced and really good quality. Will definitely be coming again!
