Aqua land resort
We were so sceptical about this holiday after the negative comments on Facebook and some Tripadvisor.
The transfer is only 20 minutes and we were welcomed at reception, everything was explained to us and then we were given our keys, tourist tax for the room
Was €10 per night. We had a family deluxe room which I was very surprised and pleased that it had an en-suite and for those light sleepers no windows in the upstairs bedroom makes for a very good nights sleep. The Appartment 2515 had recently been modernised, had a small balcony and the air con worked well, there was a safe which is free and a small fridge. It was close to both pools, the restaurant and the lobby bar. There were reports of a sewer smell but we did not smell this, the resort is clean and tidy, the holiday makers let it down by not tidying up after themselves and we witnessed cups around the pool, which in turn attracts ants, another issue people had reported. The food, yes it’s buffet style, but I can honestly say, as a family of five with three fussy eaters had absolutely no problem with the food. Fantastic salad bar, plenty of fresh choice, with none of us going hungry and the staff work hard clearing the tables. The staff are very friendly and polite, especially if you can learn to say thank you in Greek. The evening entertainment was not for us, a bit loud and not the best structured, but for young kids maybe. The water park is amazing well laid out plenty of ringos and again the staff are polite and respectful, we holidayed during the May half term and to be honest we did not queue for any of the rides, just be prepared for plenty of steps.
The downsides
The resort is in the middle of nowhere, no bars, restaurants, beech or harbour insight, plenty to do during the day, but we felt a little trapped at night. Overall I would recommend Aqualand resort.

Our holiday on 20th May to Aquland Water Park and Resort Corfu, was appalling.
The hotel has an ant infestation (you will find them across the resort and in your bed) advertised facilities were not available, food was awful, staff rude, building works going on, glass around the wave pool, rude and unhelpful TUI Rep who didnt even turn up when she was supoosed to, the wave pool water was dirty, we were offered a room to shower in and get changed (which were unisex toilets/showers being used by swimmers which were filthy and soaking wet and the doors had no locks so anyone can just walk in mid shower. We arrived at 11pm and was offered toast as all bars were closed as was the mini mart so left hungry all night.
The hotel cannot cope with the amount of guests, you will be fighting for sun loungers and queuing for everything and getting sunburn in the meantime.
It was truly awful.
Raised a complaint with TUI and they handled our concerns with ignorance and no effort to resolve anything. They have repeatedly sent the same email saying they are sorry for our experience and our concerns have been taken seriously, which appears to be a template email, that they like to send.
Avoid TUI and this hotel, they do care about their customers once they have your money.

Good hotel with very kind staff. The outside areas of the hotel are not clean, the rooms are not cleaned well when the cleaners come. The hotel buffet is good. The hotel is not far from the center, about 10 minutes by car without traffic.

My family and I went for a week end of September and we had a great time.
All inclusive was good value for money.
Great selection of drinks and food although I found the food to be a bit bland and lacked in flavour the desserts were amazing.
Resort was great for families, we went in group of 10 kids from 18mnths to 15years there was something for everyone.
Entertainment was great Brian and crew were so good and Brian had everyone involved.
Part of the all inclusive is yhe Water Park which is amazing. We all absolutely loved it.
There is a wee pizza place and a supermarket 2 minute walk outside the resort gate. Highly recommend visiting these.
Also local buses for Old Corfu Town worth a visit and try the Gyros.
Mind tip your servers they go above and beyond for you.
