The views are beautiful, there's no denying that and the place is huuuuge. My negative review is mainly due to this being advertised as a 5 star hotel, which it definitely falls short of. The service is just terrible (except in the paid restaurant) - attempting to ask anything to anyone resulted in us being ignored repeatedly. We had to ask for coffee 4 times during breakfast for it to come and the food looked very budget for a "5 star resort". Everywhere you walk in the main bits you get a not-restored 1960 resort vibes... The toilets in the main areas look what you'd expect from a budget place. The highlight is the paid restaurant on the top floor, which is advertised as "premium". The food was actually really good and the service there was excellent, so I do recommend it if you find yourself in this hotel.

We have just returned spending 10 days here. We stayed in a suite with a private pool on B&B. We cannot fault the service we had in all areas of the hotel, from the reception to bar staff, breakfast staff and the buggy boys who collected us from our room to reception each night, the lady in the shop lent me 2 of her books as id finished mine. Breakfast was the same each day but you could have something different everyday as there was a good choice. Our room, we had the suite with its own pool, view overlooked the sea. The room was cleaned daily, clean sheets and towels every other day, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Fridge and tea making facilities. The pool was great, clean, with sun beds and sofa with a shaded area. Ww didn't use the main pool but it looked lovely and the kids were having fun. Pool bar was nice, we ate there once, great salads. Bar staff were efficient and friendly. We had some time in the spa the ladies were polite and professional. The hotel isn’t a 5 star as it needs a bit of TLC overall we had a lovely holiday and will go back.

Definitely not 5 stars. Our room smelt, A/C was noisy, not clean, pillows very old, nothing got topped up each day. $124 euro to get a small amount of laundry done. Yes, amazing views and location but if you are looking for true 5 star experience you will need to look elsewhere.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff smiling and helpful. The care of the rooms and outdoor areas are very good. I would only change the food as far as the dinners are concerned. Almost the same food every day, everything is quite a bit greasy, it is better to go earlier for dinner, there is not much choice at later hours or it is quite overcooked. My overall impression of the stay I would only give 3 out of 5 stars.

Set on the cliffs of this beautiful island with access to the sea. Beautiful views. The rooms are in need of attention. Bed spread was old and stained. Bathroom was in need of work, the drainage was higher than the rest of the floor so constantly flooded , shower fittings had shoddy repairs, not a professional job. The breakfast waiting staff were dreadful. I was told I had to get my own teabags as I wanted peppermint tea. One of the days they appeared to be auguring (in Greek, but tone and body language made it obvious) and on the last day no one served us at all, so I helped myself to a pot of hot water and a jug of milk, there were no teaspoons either, I had to look around on other tables to find one. The worst service I have ever experienced. There was a heatwave, but still no excuse to be that poor. Lunch and dinner were different as we had to pay for drinks so more attention was given there. Food was great, lot's of choice and replenished promptly. Bar staff were friendly and attentive. The views are stunning and with some updates, refurbishments and breakfast waiting staff more customers focused could be a fantastic place.
