First time staying here and will highly recommend it. It's very clean, you get towls and there is a hair dryer too in the rooms. The staff are so helpful and friendly, food is lovely, location is really good especially if have small kids as not in the mixs of the loud bars. There is a games room and 2 pools. The only thing that would of made it a little bit better is if the pool had warmer water so you could stay in there longer as kids go in the adults pool so makes you not want to use it .

Got a room on the second floor directly over the bar, great view of the pool from the balcony. The room was functional, showing signs of wear and tear but spotlessly clean. A separate bedroom with two single beds and the lounge area has two large sofas which I assume convert to beds. Kitchen/diner with table for 4, hob, fridge freezer. Bathroom with massive walk-in shower (really good). Nice balcony with a small table and two chairs, a hanging rail for wet or damp clothes or towels. Buffet breakfast, and buffet dinner which changes every day, haven't tried yet but others report it as very good. I've given 4 stars for the location just because it's a bit off the beach which makes it a bit less pricey but the walk all downhill to town, about 15 minutes makes it worth it in my opinion. By the time you're ready to come back you'll probably be pissed enough to pay a few Euros each for a taxi 🤣 (If you're not comatose on one of the beaches). All the staff I came across were friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. Coming back in September so may alter the review again but all good so far.

Very clean, basic but you get what you pay for, staff were amazing, goo facilities around the hotels, clean swimming pool. Very cheep supermarket on site was impressed, 9 euro to wash and dry clothes, not bad you do not need any washing powder as come with the wash. Overall very good for the price

We arrived here early hours of the morning thirsty and tired travellers to find not even a bottle of water to be had in our room and a faulty vending machine. The apartment clean and basic bathroom could do with some attention beds comfy. Tables and chairs on balcony need replacing basic plastic and a bit grubby, same for beds etc around pool also rubbish bins need a good scrub. Small basic play area awful entertainment. Old/new town walking distance for the healthy/fit our family walked there but walking back hard better of grabbing a taxi which are not costly. Food great in the towns and great views but busy.

Stayed here for a family holiday for a week, our first time in benidorm and it was brilliant. Hotel is closer to the old town which suited us perfectly as we had two toddlers but it's not a long walk to Benidorm centre. It's about 10-15 minutes walk downhill to the old town which has plenty of shops and restaurants. We avoided the hill back to the hotel and got taxis which were only €8-10 euros. Breakfast in the hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had lunch by the pool a few times at the snack bar and the food was some of the best food we had all holiday. Dinner is a buffet with all you can eat and drink, beers and fizzy drinks, and quiet cheap €16 euro an adult and €9 for a child 3-12. We were self catering but could pay in for meal times but would definitely go for half board if we come back next year. Theres a small shop in the hotel next to reception which is handy for bits and pieces. Rooms were clean we had two single beds and two sofa beds which were comfortable. Cleaning staff come every 2 days and were very friendly. The pool was absolutely perfect for young kids and there is a smaller baby pool too. The slides were a big hit with all 3 of my kids. (9 years, 2 years and 1 years) The thing that made the hotel was the staff, every one of them was lovely and polite and always talked to the children. The receptionist, entertainment staff, bar staff, night security and restaurant staff were all 10/10. If your looking a quiet family holiday to benidorm I would recommend staying here. Hotel had great WiFi connection. We connected maybe 7 devices at a time and all worked well. I've seen some complaints on here about the DJ but we really enjoyed him and he took requests.
