Our terrace was perfection… The rest of the apartment was perfectly fine - don’t get us wrong… but we simply cannot wait to get back to OUR TERRACE!!!
The ladies at reception were both very nice and friendly - and let us store our bags ahead of check-in. The entire process was really straight forward.
Front-line property on a particularly nice stretch of Las Vistas beach, a short walk from absolutely everything but not as noisy as other areas nearby.
We will surely be back next time we are passing through Tenerife.

a king bed would be an appreciated improvement.

Having previously stayed at Vista Sur and thoroughly enjoyed it, our second visit last week was not a good experience. Our bedoom, apartment number 144 was right next to a lift and stairwell so we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning with guests coming and going. In addition since our last visit a cafe has opened by the fountain and we were woken early each morning with the owners laying out the tables and chairs. We did ask to move rooms but as my mum needed an apartment without stairs, they were unable to help as they were fully booked. I found some of the staff on reception quite aggressive when I pointed out these issues. I have asked for them to consider a small reimbursement given the fact we had no sleep for a week but this has been rejected

At the price, you won't find better. Location amazing. 30 yards from beach. Close to everything. Duplex 1 bed apartment was enormous. Arranged pull out bed in living room at no extra cost. 2 balconies. 2 bathrooms. Everything clean. It's not 5 star price so don't expect perfection. But it delivers completely at it's price range

Insects, bugs, cockroach and a small ant or something. They live under the kitchen cabinet and in gaps in the bathroom. They come out at night looking for food. They were running on my toothbrush in the bathroom. Most of the people do not recognize them because they sleep when the bugs attack. l asked the staff for discount but they said 140 euro is the price including the bugs, and it was my default that l did not requested a room change in the middle of the night. I spent one night there, and anyway, I do not trust that bugs do not live invisibly under cabinets in other apartments. The bedroom is upstairs so it may not be suitable for one with reduced mobility either. There was a very-very noisy airflow equipment under the apartment. The staff said they would check it but this did not make my previous night better. They did not give password for WiFi and It wasn't in the apartment either. The staff said I should have asked for it. Parking is one level below for a good price for guests but there is no elevator, you have to drag your luggage up on the stairs.

Good location...on good beach....all facilities including shopping centre...restaurants... bars...small private pool...reception/ security 24 hrs... Large apartments...well maintained...bit expensive.
