First, we had to request another room because it smelled the cigarette. Then, the second room (number 404) was full of bedbugs... unfo, we saw them in the morning despite having checked the mattress before sleep but did not see anything. We found one in the bed, on the floor and in the bathtub in the morning. We understood that the bedbugs were coming from the air vents (that was partially blocked with tape) in the bathroom. The reception lady took us for fools and denied the bedbug presence until we showed her proof with the pictures we took. They did not offer anything or apologise. We told them we now needed to clean all our stuff do they only offered one normal cycle of washing machine. No refund. We now have to send all our clothes to an enterprise for desinfection which will cost us 100euros... bedbugs can happen but cleanliness and clearly customer service are red flags here. I'd put zero star if I could. DON'T BOOK HERE ! GO AWAY !

Initially, I liked this apartment, it was very clean and inexpensive. The location is fine, you can also buy a bottle of water and a kitchen kit at the reception.
But then I got severely bitten by bed bugs (chinches) in room 408. They transferred me to another room, but feels like I got new bites this night as well, so I’m not sure if this room is all also interested. Bed bugs are easy to spread, they can play eggs in your luggage and hutch in 5-12 days.
The workers really tried to help though, they offered free luggage cleaning and laundry. In the end, they also steam-treated my room, so I didn’t get any more bites.

This is the worst hotel in Tenerife. We stayed here for two weeks. Every room is full with large cockroaches, rats and bed bugs. People have sex in the pool . The whole hotel is unhygienic. In the food there are also bugs and rotten.The water in the toilet doesn’t flush properly. The sheets on the bed never get changed and they are stained.The staff are very mean, unprofessional and disrespectful .On the last day they stole my documents, electronics and money.. They didn’t take us seriously after many complaints. On front door there is a sticker which says that there are cameras but there aren’t any. I do not recommend this hotel!

Great location. Loved the reception staff and the cleaners. Rooms were more than adequate. The beds were a little on the bard side, the rooms could do with updating. Having said that, we'd return for sure. We used it as a base and it was good. Aircon didn't work properly as it was more like a fan, didn't affect us too much as it wasn't that hit when we were there, however in the hotter months it would be a big deal.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the towels renewed every other day. Pool is great. Cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat there. We like to do our own breakfasts. But as I said. We'd return there again.

We stayed for a week. The room was clean and food was freshly cooked everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. Location was great and easy to get every where.
