This is based on the apartments only . Absolute horrid rooms. Bed sheet covered in hairs marks all over walls . What they don't tell you is if you arrive before 5pm they charge you 30 euro . And they want a 200 euro deposit which you think is about damage which makes sense but no it not . We left are room in a very presitable state to be told that we have left "rubbish in the room" so we went back up to look so we could get are deposit back after waiting 30min already . Arrive at the room to find that because we had left 2 empty water bottle on the side and not emptied the bin. Really ! Worst place I've ever Stayed and I wish I'd looked up there reviews first . We wasn't the only party not happy at checkout either there quite a few

Me and the family went here last year. The room was nice and clean although quite a few hazards for the little ones. we had a really nice view of benidorm and Levante beach, and the pool was massive. The only real complaint I had was the immensely steep hill that it is situated on. Overall, I think this is a decent place to stay if you don't mind going up a giant hill.

Apartment was nice and spacious and clean with all amenities in working order. Stunning views from the massive balcony space
€200 deposit is understandable and if you pay cash you get it back on checkout.
Lifts were always available although some didnt work from time to time.
Never visited the pool area so I cannot comment on that.
Vending machines very useful saves walking down the steep hill.
Location isn't the best as building site across the way but not the hotels fault and the steep hill climb could really do you damage if you are not fit and well but going down hill it's literally a 10 minute walk from the strip.
Overall experience was very good 😎👍

Booked by mistake, my fault. When i realised my mistake i tried to change/ speak to hotel/ make the best of it but ended up in another hotel. Arrived first night very late and got dropped at sister hotel, i had emailed and jet2 requested ground floor room or changing to sister hotel. This wasn't acknowledged at all by reception and shrugged shoulders.
Positive. Rooms are clean, kitchen looked well equipped but didn't use.
Negatives. No check in, only 1 key between 6, lifts dreadful but we have a wheelchair user, however i think i would be in a wheelchair having to walk 26 floors! Not obvious where to go in dark. Very noisy drunk people coming in all hours echos up. Have to clean apartment, take rubbish out etc. Not ideal when flying early. Building works, big drilling going on next door, noisy. Pool area didn't look appealing, although we didn't use. Toilet constantly running, didn't complain because it was 1am and couldn't face the lifts and walk to other reception but i suppose this may have been fixed when known about although it was doing it on arrival! On a very very steep long hill from beach/restaurants. Balcony doors didn't work/ lock.
We only stayed the first night. The €200 deposit is crackers, should be an option to pay for cleaning.
Would be OK maybe if group of adults on drinking holiday but certainly not relaxing holiday with kids.

Nice rooms but we're overshadowed by the building works. Once the builders had stopped for the day it was brilliant, great views over Benidorm and the surrounding area. The courtesy was very good allways on time. Enjoyed my stay of 22 nights, thank you
