Very friendly personal and cleanly pool. There is DJ all day and live music. Food is delicious. Room is cleanly. Location is great. Distance from the beach is about 300 or 400 meters.

First and foremost, do not choose this hotel unless you're in the main building where the reception is located, and even that is debatable. The fundamental thing to know is that the hotel consists of the main building with the reception and about 5 buildings that, as you move away from the main area, get progressively worse and more horrifying. Of course, we booked the room they showcase in the pictures, which is supposedly in the first building, but that's just for show, and we didn't get it.
During check-in, we were assigned a gentleman to escort us to our room, and we ended up walking a good 500 meters from the hotel! The street is uneven, full of potholes, and the curbs are crowded with cars. The gentleman didn't even bother to help us with our bags; he just casually led us to our dump. We got the last building next to the trash containers, with no decent entrance; instead, you crawl into darkness amidst some disgusting vegetation. The room door is like a prison door, and the room is barely lit by a candle. It smells, it's dirty, it's small, and it's nowhere near what they show in the pictures. To top it all off, there are giant, 15cm cockroaches flying around. Unkillable ones.
We immediately returned to the reception to change rooms, only to receive a rude response from the employee that they're overbooked and can't offer us anything else, handing us a can of raid to spray the cockroach. According to them, it's normal for their climate, and surely there won't be any more cockroaches now. We went back to our desperate room, and, of course, we were greeted by another cockroach, which we managed to subdue and eventually kill with the raid. We thought our ordeal was over.
On the second day, still in the same room, we returned from the beach to find an even larger cockroach waiting for us! This was unacceptable, so we went to the reception visibly infuriated. Suddenly, as they realized the extent of our frustration, a room magically appeared. BUT, that's the last one; if we don't like it, they can't help us, and they certainly won't refund our money.
The second room was the one from the pictures, but even there, a cockroach welcomed us, albeit much smaller, so we removed it without any issues. From that point on, we entered the room with fear, but at least we didn't see any more cockroaches. The room in the main building was fine, with a much larger kitchen and a nicer entrance. I can't say they didn't clean our room here and there, but it was more like a cover-up than actual cleaning. They didn't take out our trash for 6 days.
The hotel is centrally located, (but near cemetery)close to everything, but it's incredibly dirty, and it's clear that if you're not assertive enough, they'll easily scam you. In my opinion, if you're still considering this hotel after reading this review, insist on seeing the room assigned to you. But, ideally, just steer clear of this hotel. Find another one for the same price; there are plenty.

Superior rooms are good. I liked the pool and the music near it. The kitchen was impeccably clean. The dishes and tables are very clean. breakfast and dinner are buffet, breakfast is the same every day, but there is plenty to choose from. The beach is about 11 minutes walk, the hotel is located in center.

We were in older rooms, basic but clean. Hopefully all rooms will eventually be upgraded. Couldn't go in pool as mobility problems and can't manage ladders to get in/out pool. Would have preferred steps to access pool. Food in restaurant was excellent. Staff very helpful.

Good location, good breakfast (the same or similar every day, but acceptable). After a few days that we had dinner in Ayia Napa restaurants (so, so) we decided to take dinner at the hotel and it was the best decision. For 12€ only you get open buffet, food was very tasty and restaurant staf is the best part of this hotel.
During our stay at Ayia Napa (second week of October) there was festival of Medieval music so at the same time it was funny but very noisy. The bigest problem was very loud music from some night bars that we could heard even till 03am. Don't understand how is it possible.
Unfortunately, the hotel is too close to the church so church bells at 06:30 and that was not pleasent at all.
Hygiene: very, very poor. We had to ask reception several times to change sheets and towels after 4 days we stayed there. Cleaning lady is doing almost nothing in the room. 2 of 10
The worse thing was wifi. 1 of 10.
