Absolutely amazing stay! I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel truly welcome and cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Me and my partner stayed here in July for a week's holiday for my birthday. This particular hotel is popular with youngsters,but they really don't cause any trouble or create an atmosphere, and we're a mature couple. The room is simple but a good size with a view over the pool. We had booked half board, and the food was nice with a good selection to choose from. The reason for 4 stars is that you've to pay and leave a deposit for an iron,hairdryer, and key safe. Which were surprised about. The rooms came without a tv. Now, this hotel has a departure lounge for when you're leaving and lockers for your luggage, which is a great idea. We liked the staff and especially Joseph, who is a character and his daughter too. So overall we recommend this hotel as it's close to the nightlife for youngsters and the mature areas like restaurants and bars. And we would stay there again in the future.

I visited this hotel for the third time, and it will definitely be the last. I truly regret making the mistake of coming back. Unfortunately, my mother and I were placed in a room next to a group of hooligans who terrorized the entire hotel during our stay. What’s worse, the hotel management failed to react appropriately. Out of the seven nights we stayed, we were unable to sleep even once due to the constant noise, shouting, and disturbances. Of course, we complained multiple times. Instead of addressing the real issue and removing the disruptive guests who were vandalizing property, causing chaos by the pool and in their room all night, the management had the audacity to offer us a room change—as if we were the problem. These individuals were not only loud and aggressive, but were clearly under the influence of substances as well. They even joined forces with other similar groups to create even more disturbances across the hotel. I made it very clear to the staff that I am pregnant and that the stress, noise, and sleepless nights were taking a toll on both my health and my baby’s wellbeing. Still, nothing was done. Management either didn’t care or was too afraid to take action. Apparently, they would rather accommodate and tolerate unacceptable behavior than stand up for their loyal guests—like us, who were returning for the third time. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. However, if you’re a troublemaker planning to destroy property and act out violently, this might just be the perfect place for you—since the management clearly supports that kind of behavior. Also, the room was not cleaned up properly and the restaurant staff doesn’t speak English, so they failed to deliver us breakfast before leaving, as discussed. I thought we made it clear, but the lady hostess was obviously just pretending to understand what we are telling her.

Absolutely lovely hotel, very friendly, rooms are amazing ( which we had) coming back in September, really looking forward to it, staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble, food nice especially breakfast and Marta restaurant for our evening meals.

Been coming here for years and always been fine. 2 things i feel let it down are... the amount of balls being launched and throen in the swimming pools and coming out hitting you in the face whilst you sunbathing and knocking peoples drinks over. You can see people getting annoyed and frustrated and it happens all day. The room at the end of the big pool has a massive bush growing into it so you cant even see out of your balcony. Apart from that all is good.x P.s (more sunbeds)
