What impressed us the most was that no request was ever too much. No matter what we needed or what special request we had, the team always found a solution with a smile. That level of care and dedication makes such a huge difference and is something you rarely experience.
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. We felt truly cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards. We honestly could not find a single thing to complain about.

We had the best stay at this hotel. I have never been to such a welcoming hotel before. The staff made the effort to remember our names and even to remember our breakfast orders too! As there were better rooms available than the one we had already booked, they gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room and a hot tub! We couldn't have asked for a better time.

Probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed In. The concierge team goes above and beyond for any of your request. The food is absolutely fabulous , the room is beautiful , the bed super comfortable and best for the last, the whole staff especially Pepe , Romeo, Ernis and Nico - fabulous people , they made our stay unforgettable. Will definitely come back
