Grubby, very dates, dirty hotel.
Room was filthy, stains on the sheets which weren't changed for a week, very dates room with stains and grime everywhere. Aircon didn't work, tv didn't work, no fridge or kettle. 1 plug in the whole room. Very loud, paper thin walls, very loud buses outside woke me up all through the night.
The food was awful, I know it's 3 star so I expected repetitive food but I expected edible food and a lot of it wasn't. I didn't even think some of the meat was actually meat. Always cold with zero taste. Plates all had stains on the underneath of food stuck to them, all the meat tasted processed.
Lifeguard ruined the pool experience, very mood and strict, wouldn't even let children have inflatables in the pool, never heard of a pool that doesn't allow inflatables in my life. Ruined the whole pool experience. Constantly moaning about people moving deck chairs to get in the sun or shade, pathetic man that thinks he's protecting fort knox instead of a pool.
Entertainment was rubbish, cheesy and stupid.
The beach near the hotel was closed for the whole week I was there, the lifeguards decided to close it and said it was contaminated although all the other beaches were open., made no sense. Area was dirty, lots of cans, bottles, cigarettes and plastic thrown on the beach and in the sea so we were forced to go to the just as dirty but busier calas Domingos beach which wasn't as nice and a lot busier.
Hotel was a 1 star at best. I am not fussy, I have travelled the world, backpacked in hostels so I can easily adjust but this place really needs a serious refurb, and new chefs, the rooms are filthy and the food is terrible. Worse hotel I've ever stayed, don't expect a good sleep either. People say you get what you pay for, I paid £1200 for 1 adult and 1 child. I certainly didn't get what I paid for, I've had much cheaper holidays than this and stayed in much better hotels for hundreds of pounds cheaper.

We had the best time here …:. The hotel was amazing hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the location. We went on a boat trip and loved this. Close to lots of bars and a few little shops so stuff to do in the nights. ….. now for the animation team ….wow wow wow such happy people and made the holiday for me and my 13 year old daughter x absolutely amazing . Melt is entertained in the day and night. Please never let them leave xxx hotel is so fab xx

Yamara is amazing! We stayed here for a week and she was absolutely brilliant! She’s the most adorable person I have ever met and she made our holiday brilliant! Great activities round the pool and she runs a brilliant game of water polo!🤍

Best 3 star hotel i have EVER stayed in. staff are amazing, animation team was great, and entertainment during day and night time was always really enjoyable. The food was great, nice and simple, and always loads of options. snack bar was open pretty much all day so never having to wait for the food hall to open. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained and clean. the area is lovely, lots of nice walks to go on and the beach is so close! i’m so impressed, and cannot wait to to return. the price is unbelievable for the quality of service, thank you everyone at aluasun, absolutely made our trip

We spent a wonderful vacation here at the end of the season (September). The rooms were nice and clean. The food (all inclusive) was excellent. The bar and evening entertainment were great.
There is a small beach 5 minutes from the hotel, and two beautiful larger beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Overall, the area around the hotel is very nice.
But what I would highlight most is the amazing attitude of the entire staff. The receptionist, cleaning lady, bartender, chef, simply all the hotel staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and did their job perfectly.
Big thanks to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful vacation!
